Jersey Mike's Subs

One of our favorite easy dinners has always been sandwiches, but we stopped ordering the since i had to stop eating gluten. I deeply appreciate that Jersey Mike’s offers gluten free bread - our sandwiches were delicious and we could enjoy our favorite meal again!

Italian with Cherry Peppers (Hots) and Jalapeños. Great sandwich, more meat than any other chain. Fresh and made well. The team in this store during lunch consistently rocks! They are always busy but they deliver. I drive out of my way to eat lunch here.

kind of unfocused and not there asking someone else of they wanted to order when it was our turn, not theres..we where wating for her to take our order but skipped us

Customer service is always good. Food is is better than most chains. The rolls are what I want for a proper sub sandwich. Not the most filling in the steak sub, but it's high quality and flavorful.

Huge amounts of meat! That's what we love about Jersey Mike's. Everyone is always satisfied with their stuffed subs, and this location was no exception. The staff were really friendly, although they didn't get our order absolutely correct. But they were well-staffed and ready to assist. The process was rather quick, too. The cheese steak was good, albeit minute steaks (I've experienced the "real thing", but still good). Everything was clean and well-detailed. Seemed almost like a new store! Anyhow, give them a shot if you're in that area!

I love the food here, it is so fresh! One day while waiting for my food they were working on maybe 10 subs and some guy was complaining about how long it was taking, and the employees handled it so well and were so polite and kind and working so quick and hard. They got his order to him within minutes!

Went here for the first time today and the staff was super super nice! I ordered 3 giants 1 Turkey and provolone, 1 buffalo chicken and 1 chipotle steak. And all 3 were AMAZING! My fiance and son loved theirs also !The bread was so fresh and packed full! Best sub I've had since I moved to Beverly. Ill definitely be a regular

I grew up with the original Jersey Mike's. This location did a pretty good job. I was happy with the quality. They forgot to put bacon on the club sub, but that's ok. I'll be back. I even downloaded the app for future.

5 stars is NOT enough!!! We are from Texas and have never eaten here before. Every bit of the staff was very nice and helped us decide what we wanted as they asked questions about our likes and explained sandwiches that would be good. (17 and 43 are AMAZING) It is very clean, very quick, and the food was very hot and fresh. We will definitely eat here everytime we come up for work!

Thank you so much to Katie & Kyle!!! Today was the third time they helped us out for a huge order for work. The subs are always delicious and the service is always exceptional. A special shout out to Kyle who was working tonight but came in early just to help out with a surprise huge order that we found out about last minute😊 highly recommend!!!

I have celiac disease, so I have to be strict gluten free , my experience here was amazing!!!! The staff did everything right; clean gloves, knife, cutting board, cleaned the grill , ect.... what a treat to be able to sit down and enjoy an actual sub! The only slightly negative comment I have is the cost. The additional charge for the gluten free roll is a bit much.... but, as I told the manager there, it's a trade off that I'll pay to know I'm eating safely. I live 45 minutes away and I'll be back!

Very nice staff - organized and neat. Good sandwiches. Cool concept, but in a strip mall. Parking is easy and plentiful, restaurant space is small...

Truth in advertising: I went on what I think was the first weekend open to the public and used a BOGO coupon.

Location: Convenient in the shopping plaza with other small and large stores. Parking can be crowded here but today I found a spot without issue.

Staff: Given the grand opening there was a large amount of staff behind the counter (maybe 15?!) And they were friendly and communicating with each other and the customers. Was also nice to see the franchise owner out front and involved.

Food: My wife had a club sub "Mikes Way" (basically all the toppings) and I had a Big Kahuna cheese steak. Her sub was large and fully loaded, with a huge handful of lettuce and freshly sliced meat and cheese. With numerous other local steak and cheese options in the neighborhood I felt a little guilty but had to try it. Steak was tender although 'rough cut' compared to places that nearly mince it. Plenty of cheese, but could have used a little more onion/pepper/mushrooms. Pickled jalapeños gave a good kick. I did notice my roll was at least an inch shorter than her cold sub.

Value: Subs average $8 and change, slightly less for cold ones., but for the price you do get a good value. Also appreciate the opening promotion benefiting Beverly Athletics and hope the community support will continue.

Had a Buffalo chicken wrap. Had lots of chicken for a wrap and the sauce was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and patient explaining options to us.
Made it a great experience for us. Will definitely go again.

extremely friendly welcoming staff, the subs are delicious cold subs are best made mikes way. i haven't tried any other hot subs besides the philly and that was amazing took some time to prepare so i waited a bit longer than usual

On the way to Logan Airport from Maine, I had to stop for #13, Mike’s Way and ordered another to take back to Maine with me!!! Someday, I keep hoping someone will open a franchise in the Portland area of Maine! Customer service here in Beverly was awesome! They double wrapped my sandwich with the sauce on the side for my trip back home!

I ordered a grilled pastrami sub on rosmarie parmasean bread with extra meat. It is the best pastrami sub I've ever had. I will definitely order from here again!! I used door dash.

I went in last week (in the middle of covid-19) and they could not have set up the store better considering the circumstances!! Big plastic curtain covering the line and all employees had masks! Everyone was friendly as always which I give them a lot of credit for with every thing that’s going on!!

What makes a great sub? Passion and a great hoagie roll. Chad and his crew have them both. Been a regular customer since day one-the hot and cold subs have been consistently great.
