Great grocery store. Use fresh pass and save a ton. Shout out to Nate keeping the lot free of carts rain or shine!

Was shopping for another person and found everything that I was looking for quite easily.

Scott from Seaford is wonderful. Very friendly and knowledge. Great sales too on the app. 5 dollars off for new customers too and 3.97 for Bacon.

To be honest, Shaws’ was never my go to market for groceries because I was always under the assumption it was super expensive, when, in fact, the truth is, it’s actually a great grocery store and it has a lot of selections other grocery stores don’t have. But I also love having the app and being able to get coupons and points to get free items. My go to is normally Market Basket, but recently I have been shopping at Shaws and shows only.

The staff is always helpful and friendly during senior hours. Shelves and produce look good. A little overwhelming last week with Thanksgiving but thankfully that's over.
Update, shopping this week was much better. Looks like some directions were given to the inhouse and online shoppers to follow the same directions as the rest of us. So much better.

This grocery store is great! Always clean. Always fresh produce and meats, and well stocked! Great customer service. At night there is one employee in particular who is always so helpful and nice. Im not sure what her official title is, however I think her name is Rhonda. If she is not an evening supervisor, she should be! I'm usually there right before closing, and asking questions about how to use my coupons from the app. When most people would be tired and wanting to get out of work. She not only takes the time to help me, she is also very knowledgeable and always happy! Whether she is bagging to make the line move more quickly, or jumping on another register, She is fast and efficient, and she is kind to all the customers I've seen her interact with.

My regular grocery shopping store. Friendly staff, clean place, kitchen does not smell, items well stocked and displayed, foods are fresh, love their fresh lobsters, and value for money for the rebates and cash back.

Friendly staff and always a stocked store. I enjoy coming here compared to Market Basket because it is a lot less busy. Staff is helpful. My only complaint is the bagging process. They usually don’t have enough staff on for baggers. So if you don’t mind pitching in, then it’s no big deal.

They have excellent quality fruits and vegetables and they have fresh sushi made daily. They offer a rewards program that gives points for every purchase. I use my points for gas rewards and get $1 off a gallon up to 25 gallons which is extremely helpful considering the recent hike in gas prices. If you sign up for the rewards you get excellent deals on things that would normally be expensive such as laundry detergent, toiletries, baby items. Just about anything you can think of. Definitely my favorite grocery store. The one in Beverly even has a Starbucks in it which you can use an EBT card to pay for which you can't find anywhere else.

Beautiful! Clean, spacious! I was thrilled when I walked in there. My goodness they even have a Starbucks! Love that the aisles were so wide. It was great.

This is an awesome Shaw's!!! Their hours are amazingly convenient and coming from someone who works 2 jobs it's a relief being able to get grocery's at less normal times! The staff is super friendly and accommodating (even adding products I was used to seeing in Maine and not originally finding here). I highly recommend this store to everyone!!! :) :)

I love this location. The front end/ managers/ cashiers are always very helpful friendly and efficient at their jobs. I love seeing the same faces. This location is my go-to to shop.

No lines to get in 99 percent of the time, employees who do their jobs in this trying time in retail extremely well, clean, well stocked with a great selection and fair pricing. Not a lot of customers in the store so social distancing isn't a problem, they've got checkouts that are quick, and have hand sanitizer at each register. I drive 20 minutes to go to my North Beverly Shaws, its worth my time.

I get a free item every month and then a free item from rewards. Also their prices are better than Stop and Shop..

Best Shaw's around!! Very clean, big space & always have what I need! Fruit & veggies are always fresh & a lot of options! Friendly employees, and lines are never super long (longest wait has been about 15 min, while pretty busy)

Well stocked and reasonable pricing combined with cleanliness make this Shaw's a good place to shop. May not have the exotic things smaller, more expensive stores have but how often do you need that sort of item?

Rhonda at the Beverly MA store is THE BEST! She helped me so much at checkout. She took the time to show me how to use the USave on the app and was so helpful. I will always go to Beverly Shaws because of people like Rhonda who actually care about customers. Give her a raise!

Little more expensive than other stores on many items. But, meat can often be found on sale at a decent price. A lot less crowded than some grocers too.

This is an exaggeration.... It's a really big convenient store. It's small for a supermarket and the prices are a bit high. Although, it is really nice to have Shaw's in town....for convenience. *tiny organic section 🥺
