I always have a great experience coming here. Everyone is polite, friendly, and efficient. They always apologize for a line when its busy even thought it's not their fault. The shop always smells clean as well as the public bathrooms. Hardly ever do I leave without a smile or the cashiers engaging in conversation with myself and other customers. Keep up the good work!

Racist? Not a chance. These people are some of the nicest human beings I have ever met. Service with a smile, very clean.

Great gas station

Clean facility friendly cashiers it was okay

This gas station usually offer one of the better gas prices in the area, but apparently today (this morning) they had computer issues and had to close down. Just one of those inconvenient occasions. Also, the "hot" items are usually gone by rush hour. The store attendees confirmed that they stop making or putting out these items by 4 or 5pm. My question is, the gas stations closes late; why stop offering these items so early? With these inconveniences. I think ALL of the Chevron that has "Extra Mile" should get no more than 2 stars. 1 star if bad service.

Benicia needs to do better on hiring screening! The night attendant from Thursday to Sunday is just not ok, he smells like mildew, cigarettes and BO. His hands were VISIBLY dirty and he REEKS of alcohol! 3 times now I’ve come in around 12:30 and the guy smells like he’s 3 40s deep. I used the restroom and noticed empty beer cans in the trash! If that wasn’t enough a younger lady CLEARLY not 21 was buying booze and he didn’t ID her at all? Please have a word about drinking on the job with this employee and IDing people! I’ll be reporting this to corporate as well.

I went there with a Chevron voucher for gas and was told they didn't know what or how to do the process and when I pointed out the voucher card sitting next to the register they flat out told me no.. Very rude...
