Gas station always busy but is tied into store rewards so I still go and wait, inside of the is very clean with good service and atmosphere. Parking is optimal and is well aligned for smooth entrance and exit back on the road.

Got what I needed! In and out 20 minutes! Love our Safeway! Love you all! Faster today..thank you! Today was the same. Got what we needed at great savings! Thanks. Forgot my wallet..they kept my stuff and ran home. Done deal..happy holidays Safeway!. Busy today 1/6/24 but the wait wasn't bad

Michael the florist onsite is amazing! He was able to create 3 corsages for my son and his friends with one day notice. They were were color coordinated and perfect for the occasion. His customer service and willingness to help 4 days before Valentines Day, when you know he's busy was refreshing! I will return for all my flower needs in the future. Just to mention I tried other options in town and was told I had to give 3 weeks notice so Michael really saved the day! Thank you.

Clean and well stocked with more Vegan options than Trader Joe's or Raley's! My favorite is the discount they offer military veterans on Veterans Day!!! No one else recognizes this and I was very touched. Army Nurse Corps, Margot

Love the pick- up option. The shoppers are very polite and good about communicating re substitutions. Also quick. I was able to pick up my order only a couple of hours after I put it in.

Michael in floral is extremely talented. Very nice over the phone and in person!

They are awesome people that work there.. but the bathroom definitely need a big upgrade and that smell gotta go.. I often wonder if it's unhealthy smell... can't blame awesome people for it lol

On Saturday, I purchased a drink at the Starbucks cafe and my barista was Cathleen. She has to be one of the most likable individuals I have ever met! Her demeanor was extraordinarily positive and her presence was an absolute joy! Beyond a wonderful experience!

Safeway is well stocked .. friendly staff..

We have been shopping at this Safeway since we moved to Vallejo and we know many of the employees very well. Especially, Desiree, Denise, Rosa and Maria. We love them!

Always good service...

I enjoy the Benicia Safeway. They have excellent sushi to go. A good variety of items. I enjoy shopping here as I have shopped here since the late 1980's. The changes are awesome. Also a story that's easy to navigate. ☺

It was fine. I usually shop at Raley's, but was running another errand by SW. They had white corn on the cob for sale, 15 cents!

Usually great visits, we find most of the daily home needs. Most of the employees are friendly and two of the ones at the Starbucks store are super ! They remember my name and my favorite addiction .

It's safeway, has everything you need, store is clean, has sandwiches, soups, and coffee and pastries fresh and made to order. The decor for Christmas is wonderful. Got a cute moose!
June 15th, unvaccinated persons must wear masks, we didn't bc we are vaccinated. Bought some fried chicken and it's way too salty! Please cut down on the sodium! Want to take it back but it's another hour drive.

This store seriously has the MOST friendly staff!! They are super helpful and I always have a great experience here. You are rock stars keep up the good work!!!

I really like this Safeway. It seems more personable for some reason from most grocery stores that are turning into automated self check out robot machines. Even though they do have a few of them in there. There is always friendly staff to help.

Love our hometown store.. but missing the most amazing cashier.. Vic Jackson.. he made everybody smile, saved me a lot of money teaching me how to do 'just4u'.. people like that are hard to find!!
