Always a very pleasant experience at this location, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had an experience where I lost my wallet and decided to call every place I had visited that weekend, this Chevron included. I spoke to Gary who was very nice and helpful and told me that my wallet was found by their team and was locked in the safe. I accidentally dropped it right before getting a car wash and I guess someone in a red truck tried to make off with it but ended up accidentally dropping it while driving away. I went the next day to pick it up from the main Manager Mercedes who was very kind and quickly retrieved it for me after showing her proper proof of my identity. There was even a note on the wallet saying “Make sure Samantha picks it up” which I’m also grateful for because the original would-be thief might have sent someone else to try and claim it to be theirs. Mercedes asked me to look inside and make sure everything was there, which to knowledge, looked to be the case. Thanks again you guys!

They have the kindest employees. I pay extra just to go there and get wonderful smiles and great service

Clean and well laid out. They also have a nice car wash, though it is slightly on the shorter side. If you happen to have a large vehicle it may not fit.

It has fuel that's all I need

The gas pumps are very slow and outdated.
But I purchase my coffee every morning in the plaza so it's quite convenient!
Also expect to pay the highest gas prices because it's a Chevron, Hello!?

Usually some really nice workers here, but the girl with red hair made me stand with a bunch of strangers waiting for her to come out. She came out and didn’t even apologize, wasn’t in her uniform, and was very blunt.

For a location that sells expensive premium fuel the amenities are really poor. There was no towel at least half of the dispensers, and the windscreen washer water was dirty and at a very low level in all buckets. Use the Chevron near Benicia Safeway or on Lake Herman Road instead.

No bathroom!

I just tried to pump gas. The gas pumps have an old system, and even if you say no to car wash or the rewards card, it still prompts you for them.

Gas is overpriced, which is funny considering the age of the pumps. Place looks like it's set up to get robbed from.

Buttons of the pumps don’t work properly. One of the cashiers also was having a conversation with the customer and I had to wait to buy my stuff.

Most expensive gas station in the area by at least 30 ~ 60 cents. File a complaint with the OAG online and report an antitrust gasoline complaint if you notice it's more than elsewhere.

Also, none of the pin pads have security tape on them, and hardly a camera in sight.
