The team was so responsive to all my communications and they worked diligently to find the best solutions for what I was looking for, down to the smallest details of offering equipment in matching colors and helping to find specific machines to fit the dimensions of my basement. I highly recommend Fitness Superstore for any gym needs!

I highly recommend Fitness Superstore based on my purchase of a remanufactured Arc Trainer. Admittedly, I was very nervous about buying a such a heavy used piece of commercial-grade exercise equipment knowing how difficult it would be to return the item. Thankfully Gino walked me through the remanufacturing process. The entire team was great in providing updates on the status of the remanufacturing and helping to coordinate the shipping and installation. The machine arrived looking fantastic despite its 10 year age. The remanufacturing is worth the extra $$ versus buying from Facebook or Craigslist. I would not hesitate to buy from Fitness Superstore again!

Outstanding unit! Purchased a Refurbished Life Fitness Discovery SE3HD Arc Trainer with a 5-year warranty and waited this long (purchased (7/2023) to provide a review by design. The LF Arc Trainer I received from the Fitness Superstore in Benecia, California looks like it was never used before and is a BEAST of a machine. I couldn't be happier with the product the Fitness Superstore put together for me. Six months after use, no problems to report and hopefully won't have to use the warranty I purchased for it. The only minor issue I had is that I had to contact the Superstore on more than one occasion to get answers to questions I had for the operation of the unit (didn't come with an instruction manual). I know, I know, I could've looked it up online but nonetheless, we finally got everything worked out just fine and a very happy customer was the end result - customer service was great by the way! I use the unit on an everyday basis and don't know why I waited so long to upgrade from my old LF Stairmaster to the ARC machine.

Bought the French fitness monster leg press and Fitness Superstore was awesome, saved hundreds shopping from them and everything came perfectly packaged and undamaged, great costumer service with the freight delivery and through and through impressed. Been using the leg press for a couple weeks and i don’t regret the purchase. Will definitely shop again from here if I need anything else big for the home gym.

We ordered a refurbished Icarian 624 Super squat from the Fitness Superstore. Although we were anxious about ordering such a large and expensive piece of equipment from a dealer we did not know, we really needed that piece of equipment to complete our gym. We are so glad we did. There was excellent customer communication from the very beginning and throughout the entire process. They also were able to send us pictures from the warehouse when the equipment was complete and again once it was crated. When we received the equipment, we were extremely pleased with the result. It was beautiful and fully functional. Our delivery person noticed there were bolts loose on a pad and were stripped and needed to be replaced. The customer rep was able to send us a new pad with a new bolt that fit perfectly.

We are extremely satisfied with our customer service and with the condition and function of the equipment we purchased and look forward to future purchases with the Fitness Superstore.

Five Stars for this company. We had some issues with the installer after the product had been shipped and was on the dock waiting for a 6 days. We contacted Fitness store - all staff are very nice and got on top of it right away. Within several hours due to the issue being escalated to level 4... we had multiple people going above and beyond to have it delivered. I am happy to say the issue was resolved in hours and a new installer was contacted and I had my ARC trainer delivered the next day.. I would recommend this company to any one that still believes in customer service. Nolissa was fantastic.. I ordered a specific elliptical, I know won't trigger my back pain. I messed up one aspect of the order online. I called and they made the changes quickly.

The delivery went smoothly. They set it up exactly as wanted. I look forward to a lot of use of the equipment.

I bought a home gym for Fitness Superstore. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job coordinating the delivery and assembly of the equipment. The price was great too. Once the system was delivered and assembled they followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend that you use Fitness Super store when looking for a home gym.

Purchased a Precor EFX 885 Elliptical w/Converging Crossramp + p82 Console (Remanufactured). Excellent communication from start to finish. Unit arrived in excellent condition and perfect working order. (Like New) The transport company CRST Home Express did an excellent job bringing it into my home. Am completely satisfied and would buy again.

FF, be on the ball . I like that they do send out any material needed. They are willing to work with installers to get the job done if any problems occur. I love the challenge each different machine gives. Make me want to start back exercising 💪

I purchased chin/dip assist machine for my home gym. Nolissa and I did the transaction. While waiting, Gino wrote with a better offer, and no additional cost. Of course, I agreed. Yesterday, the machine was delivered and installed. It is an excellent piece of equipment. During the waiting period, I worked with Nolissa, Cherry, Gino and the "Team." This is a great company. Customer service is the best!
Fitness Superstore uses Home Express. Their delivery team, Sergio and Vicente, brought the machine up my very steep driveway and into the garage where they made the final assembly and adjustments. It works perfectly.

I ordered a gym system from Fitness Superstore and my experience was excellent. Sales staff were pleasant to work with and responsive to my questions. The delivery was on-time, and the service from the delivery team was exceptional. I highly recommend Fitness Superstore and will do business with them again in the future.

Original review below. I was contacted by the company with an apology and without going into too much detail, they made everything right. Every company makes mistakes. If this company does make a mistake, you can count on them to make it right.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I ordered a refurbished Precor Elliptical. I was a little frustrated with the delay in receiving the machine, however, I figured they were paying extra special attention in making sure the machine was perfect and was warned that it took 1-4 weeks in most cases to ship.

Excited to finally get the machine, I hop on to take her for a test drive, adjust the incline and BOOM, the ramp falls. After some looking, the yoke that connects the ramp to the lead screw was not bolted in. I called customer service, did not leave a message, but they did call me back- twice which is why they are getting two stars instead of one. They said someone from their service department would call me back.

It was Friday, but i would have liked a call back soon, but didn't get one. I decided to troubleshoot and try and repair myself based on the slowness of the process, I didn't want to wait anymore.

I found two washers and two nylock nuts that have never been used and no bolts. How would i know that? In a former life I was a nuclear quality assurance inspector. Anyway, it appears they could have been installed hand tight and never fully tightened then the bolts fell out in transit, or the bolts were never installed.

I downloaded the manual, removed the covers, bought new bolts, nuts and washers, calibrated the incline motor and now am in business.

In general, it looks like a good job in refurbishment, with one mistake, and lack of an adequate quality check to catch that mistake.

I recommend training inspectors in better quality checks, and training maintenance personnel in attention to detail.

The incline falling could have resulted in an injury instead of just a 2 star review.

This is my favorite store buy fitness equipment, everyone is incredibly kind and helpful.

I recently ordered a Body-Solid home gym from the fitness superstore and had it delivered/assembled. The process was seamless and easier than I thought it might be. Communication from customer service was excellent and I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to my questions. The big plus was the delivery and assembly. I would highly suggest not taking this on yourself and having the fitness superstore experts handle it. I wish I remembered their names, but the two gentlemen who assembled my gym did an amazing job of positioning the gym where I wanted it. I've used the gym several times and found no loose bolts or any other problems. Overall - a great experience and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The Fitness Superstore delivered as promised. I received my Total Gym 2 equipment ahead of schedule. There were a lot of parts to assemble as expected and one of the parts was not drilled out correctly. I contacted the support team and they quickly mailed me out a replacement parts. I was very pleased with the entire process.
