Hello, this is regarding the pharmacy. I have one of the best pharmacist over there. That's understandable. Patient answers. All my questions is really polite and really nice and so is part of the team. But I'm speaking for Lillian because that seems to be the person I talked to the most. She's great! Awesome! The best customer service I've ever received from a pharmacist so I just wanted to let you guys know Vivian's a winner. Good for the team. Good at set as she explains questions about medications that I don't know about and it really helps I had a question about a new medication and she was literally quick on finding me the answer of what I was asking than what the medication was for. The pharmacy department is stellar. I've been going for years and would never switch. They are high quality pharmacists and assistants. The best I've had and I've needed my prescriptions for many many years. They have never failed even once. As for the rest of the store it's okay frequently out of many items but the pharmacy is top-notch ♥ And I'm so grateful for them.

We use our local Rite Aid store for prescriptions we need right away and for vaccinations. They are always efficient, friendly, and helpful! We appreciate the care they take in preparing our prescription and telling us about their proper use. They are also very good at giving vaccinations - I don't like needles, but they make it painless and quick.

Unfortunately I did not catch the cashier's name but on 5/1/22 at 9:41pm the cashier was very very helpful. She actually knows about makeup and was able to suggest the perfect match for me. I wish I would have asked her name sorry. I was very happy with my visit at this store.

We have 2 pharmacies in Benicia, Raleys and Rite Aid. Hands down, they don't even compare. They are always friendly, but more importantly they are on it. On many occasions they have filled prescriptions in less than 5 minutes. Rarely does anyone get that kind of service at any store nonetheless at a pharmacy. I also want to say that even the cashiers at the front are always professional and friendly as well. No need to say names, though I know everyones name, as they are all top notch employess. Love this local store. Thank you all for the personal care with a freindly demeanor. Actually makes me want to work there just because of the atmosphere.

Rite Aid is the best place in town to handle your pharmacy needs. And if you need a quick snack or a yummy ice cream cone, this is the place to go. And everyone is so friendly. Greets everyone with a smile.

2.5 years ago, I switched our family’s prescriptions from the Benicia CVS to the Rite Aid in central Benicia and I’m so glad I did because it’s a refreshing change!
The pharmacists are very thorough and professional, yet still friendly enough to greet me by name, before I get to the window. They genuinely care about what they do and the people they do it for.
Clean and well-stocked store shelves with great employees making it happen. This Rite Aid also has an excellent store manager. She is very hands-on and I’ve never seen her without a sincere and warm smile on her face.
Great job by everyone there from A to Z.

This is THE best Rite-Aid & the best pharmacy. I always regret moving my Rx's elsewhere. The pharmacists & staff really care, will solve IT system issues, insurance probs if they can & are happy to communicate with other Rite-Aid stores come up with awesome workarounds. It's small but it's a good store.

I am always pleased with the associates service. Always so helpful and courteous. I got my COVID vaccinations done here. Joseph is so helpful when I need advice about off-the-self medicines. Also Kim is so helpful also. .

Tammy is a great associate at this Rite Aid. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to provide the best experience while shopping here. A loyal employee for many, many years. If you need help at this store, ask for Tammy!

I have always had nothing but great experiences with the Pharmacy here. I don't even have to tell them my name,they take the time to get to know the people that come in. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best price (wellness or ins cards). I really appreciate the personal touch.

I've used the pharmacy for years. The service had taken a huge dive. The district manger overhauled everything. The pharmacy staff as of spring 2017 are fast, helpful, and incredibly professional.

Rite Aid ice cream is my favorite in all of Benicia. The staff are always friendly and the ice cream is tasty for a great price.

Great service and help . You feel like you are the most important person when they help you and even at checkout after you have paid.
