Best Buy

I visited this Best Buy to take advantage of a TV sale and opted for curbside pickup. To my amazement, after parking and checking in, I had my TV and extra items loaded into my truck in under 3 minutes, and I was on my way. It was a pleasant experience.

Have been to this store a few times and always get excellent customer service… today I started with Stephanie who helped me with a couple of items but then when we needed more help with storage she walked me over to Tyler in the Geek Squad … both gave excellent customer service, found the exact items I needed and stayed within my budget. Will also add that there was no waiting even though it’s on Friday evening… so Kudos!! Always appreciate the personal attention this store gives … the only drawback is the very high traffic location on Hwy 124 … I suggest coming up Janmar and cutting across Lowe’s parking lot… but that’s just me 👍

Francia M. in electronics/laptops was so pleasant & extremely knowledgeable on the laptops. We let her know why we were shopping for a laptop (son in school for film & media) & our price point. She provided several options to choose from with the best graphics & she gave her personal experience with the different brands & answered every question. She was also patient. Great shopping experience thanks to her!

My family and I went into Best Buy this evening to have a phone’s screen protector replaced. I was skeptical that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Brendan Pope helped us and assured us it was fully covered and would be no problem to swap. He was quick, friendly, efficient, and personable. Great service all around and will definitely shop here for the holidays!

I needed an emergency vacuum and went into the Snellville location. Stephanie greeted me on the spot and helped me with my purchase and helped me load it into my car for me. She was very personalable and friendly! The associate who helped me load in my car wae also friendly I believe it was Jason. Much appreciated

Brendon was very personable as he helped me with my purchase. When I questioned him about a pricing difference between them and the Apple Store, he calmly proved me wrong. He provided everything you expect in customer service.

Tyler at geek squad 10/10 very helpful and very kind and sweet, Aman Best Buy employee 3/10 sold me a $450+ car stereo, after I had checked out I went over to the geek squad desk to set up an appointment, where Tyler said I need 4 more parts that cost another $270, I don’t have that money and I understand Tyler doesn’t come up with prices I know that, but I wasn’t expecting to put down $700+ on a car stereo and if I had known that it would’ve cost that much from the beginning I wouldn’t have bought it to begin with. Tyler thank you for being so nice when you could visibly see I was upset! I did end up returning the stereo and everything along with it.

Jason from the warehouse went out his way to help me even as closing time was approaching quickly. He was helpful and very pleasant.

Lunna! Shout out to the best employee offering the best customer service experience! We had a cell phone suddenly die and needed a quick replacement. Lunna kindly praised our selection, then walked us through several purchase options in order to find the best discount. Then she went through the setup like a boss -- very fast, very easy. Lunna is the best! We will return to Best Buy and ask for her by name.

They have nearly all the electronics and appliance items for your needs. I like their HP computers and printers.

I had an experience at the Snellville store.
I returned for the second time for a defective item that kept on breaking down, and they very much pleasure took care of my problem and no time. They went ahead and took the product back and they gave me a gift card and I made a purchase for more expensive item that my family needed. It was a gift to my daughter that just gave birth yesterday to have at her home to make sure that her needs needs is Met.

We ordered a couple of drives online, and one had an issue. Brought it back, got a brand new one, no questions asked. Andrew did a great job!

This best buy is very detailed and what is usually online is what is generally in store. Not too busy either which is helpful. Don't ask the front desk people about your order though, the communication between pending online orders and front desk is non-existent. But overall very clean, and responsive.

Openbox deals on ps5 and Xbox x were great !!!

Never had any Apple products, but bought my first IPad. Kenan was the best help to get everything working and helped me get the IPad set up

Online order pick up only had 6 people in line to pick up. Went quickly so close to Christmas was glad as it finished my shopping

The staff at Snellville was concerned enough to work through the mess A., in Conyers, made. I am very appreciative of them.

I had gone in a few days prior looking for an external hard drive but had no luck. The employees there were super helpful in pointing me towards the website so I went there once I got home. It was super easy to order my hard-drive and I picked it up a few days later after work. I cannot remember the female employee's name that helped me, but she was super kind and made a few suggestions about other computer software that I may look into soon.

10/10, amazing experience!

Bought a TV and had to return it, unfortunately. But the entire staff (especially Santana) was very helpful and patient the entire time!
