$8,400 worth of carpet. This carpet was defective and all the seams were cut any kind of way at the doors on all 4 bedrooms. Master closet defective carpet as well.

The carpet was installed totally wrong .

YET HOME DEPOT did refund our money. They honestly did honor their commitment to us. It was a headache , yet honored in the long run. I THANK them. Anyone would agree upon seeing the carpet it was installed extremely sloppy and defective.

I did have to take up all the hallway carpet because of the visible seams. We went with hardwood floors.

I recently visited this Home Depot and my shopping experience was absolutely marvelous. The place was very clean with great lightings and all the products were perfectly arranged which off course made my shopping much easier. I interacted with two associates both ladies were wonderful, they were courteous, polite and we're willing to assist. Ms. Vlashti, who was one of the two women I spoke to, was amazing; I had some difficulty, using the Self pay machine and she gladly came over to help and her assistance made a world of difference, as I was in a rush to get someplace else.

This Home Depot location is great. Not only do they have friendly and helpful staff, but they always have what I am looking for. The store is kept clean and is well organized. Their garden center staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Joe from hardware deserves a raise. He helped us from start to finish. He had to make a few phone calls for an item that was be discontinued. Mary from the customer service desk was wonderful as well. We will definitely visit this store again.

The GM was very friendly and helped us tremendously! All the employees had smiles on their faces and looked like they actually were enjoying their jobs! Will definitely go out of our way to visit this location in the future.

Arlene helped me out tremendously. Normally what takes a man to make his cuts right with blinds, Arlene did it in a short period of time. I've recently bought a home and fixing it up right before the holidays. I didn't have to go back to get it fixed several times to find the right cut. She did a great job the first time around. She is precise and she saved me a lot of time. She was very fun atmosphere person and great worker. Thanks! Wish there was more helpful people like her. I had one of the best experiences today with a customer service rep named Mike. Working on a mudroom project, Mike was very helpful and patient with all my requests. He got all my measurements correct!! He nailed it!!

While in the store on Sunday (after an awful experience at the competitor across the street) we had an amazing customer experience in this store. We were able to find products in their their correct location and we're helped by a few incredible employees - specifically Julius in the paint department. His helpfulness has converted this one time Lowes shopper into a Home Depot only customer. 👍👍

Their customer service is always pretty pleasant. The store has so many things that you never know where to start. I think they could use some more workers to assist with consumer's directional needs.

Excellent customer service. I had 3 people in 3 different departments help me and had a great attitude. They had a smile on their face and went out of their way to help. It’s difficult to find that kind of service now. Thankfully this Home Depot has excellent customer service.

Been going to this location for nearly 24 years, first with my granddad when I was under 12, then my dad till I was a teen. I still go now at 33 to help my dad get supplies for his house. Great store. Great employees.

Had an online order shipped from here, and there was an issue. The store manager made things right and corrected it quickly.

Awesome customer service! My husband and I went to buy paint on Christmas Eve and we had questions and needed lots of help. We were so grateful to get the service we received. Our paint guy was very knowledgeable and patient with us! Definitely will shop at this location from now on! Everyone was very nice! :)

Usually this location has subpar customer service, especially if you contact the store by phone… but this time a customer service associate by the name of Ewa, went above and beyond to help me replace a broken part for my gas grill (which was sold to us and had melted battery acid gunk inside the pulse ignitor module). It was an outside display grill but still there’s no reason Home Depot should sell broken gas grills, especially one that has battery acid built up in the power button.
Anyways, Ewa got all the information sorted out on the phone so I wouldn’t have trouble getting my problem fixed when I get there. She took down my info and assured me that as soon as I arrive, someone will be there waiting for me.

Today, I got there and it was pretty busy inside. As soon as I went up to the returns desk, they had someone ready to assist me to find a replacement part. A gentleman from the garden center(I forgot his name but he has locs), assisted me and also went the extra mile. Since Home Depot doesn’t sell the replacement part for the specific model of the grill I bought, he helped me find a replacement part from the same grill model, an inside display model at that, which is guaranteed cleaner than the outside models. He went to the back to get pliers, and properly disconnected the pulse ignitor module from an inside display grill, then double checked to make sure that it’s clean and brand new before exchanging. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes, and never had a customer service experience this easy till today. Thank you so much Ewa and garden center guy!

*Also I just now replaced the pulse ignitor module and my gas grill works finally!*
