Macy's

Every time I go to a mall and take a spin through all the department stores, I inevitably end up back at Macy's to pull out my wallet. Simply the best choices, quality, and prices. This store is a miniature version with obviously fewer choices, but that's OK. At least you don't have to hunt down one of two registers on three floors of merchandise and stand in a roped-off line. That seems to be the way all the large department stores have gone.

Considering how small this place is, they have a lot of options in ladies clothing. Especially in jeans. The makeup counter has good basics- Estee Lauder, MAC, Lancome, clinique, so it's decent. Will def be returning in the future.

Wow! Things that you need, go very quickly. I could not purchase the shoe that I needed, because it was sold out. Other than that, very busy place.

Great deals on jewelry! I was able to get gold chains for both of my sons at a great price.

This place have great sales! I saw nice shirts for my dad . And quality winter wear.

Every time I come here to shop for a fragrance, I am always welcome by a nice hardworking man with long hair. He educated me and showed me many great fragrances that were in the store in which I loved very single one of them. I am always pleased with his customer service and I highly would recommend coming here to shop for a fragrance when he's around. You will be walking out with a handful of fragrances in 5 mins.

Not to be confused with "outlet." I was unsure of what Market by Macy's meant. It is a wonderful, quicker in-and-out experience w/o the mall parking and walking. To me, it felt like this compact version of the store includes the higher-end brands. Perfectly okay if it's a day you can treat yourself as most items I liked were $100+.

This store is very nice from the layout to the cleanliness. I went in to purchase a couple items for a friend and walked out with things for them and myself. Jon Ross helped me and truly made the task of picking out the perfect gifts easy and fun. He was very knowledgeable and gave great, honest feedback. Will be back again.

I went to Market by Macy’s and had the opportunity to meet Jon! When I tell you it was one of the best experiences ever! Jon not only beat my face, but he explained how each product work and the importance of exfoliating! By the time he was done, I was literally sold on every product! He is indeed in tune with facial care and takes his job seriously! If there is a bonus or a raise … Macy’s should honor him, because this was a first best experience for me … I’ve been shopping at Macy’s for over 20years!

They had a tremendous sale when I went. I was quite pleased with the selections. I'm seriously updating my wardrobe and this trip was very helpful.

Mr. Jon Ross displayed probably the absolute best customer service me and my fiancé have ever seen ! 10/10 would return for his service alone ! Very knowledgeable and gave us coffee beans to clear our nose pallet ❤‍🔥 store was also organized and smelled good. Great location !

Loved my experience here. I returned a item today and was helped by a wonderful young lady at the Register. She was kind and even offered for me to look for a different size. Will definitely be coming back.

Came in with my family for skin product help, and Jon Ross was soooo helpful! He was attentive, personable and really helped us to understand the value of each product we were interested in. I didn't exactly find what I was looking for, but since there is not a full size Macy's near me I can run 8t there for a quick gift etc

Love that Macy's opened up a closer store within the community.
Saves travel/time, wear and tear especially w Gas prices being high.
It's more convenient and I'm not having to fight for parking or attention.
Selection is clearly not as wide as a regular Macy's but I love that I can still use Macy's card and earn my Macy's points!!!
Staff is beyond friendly and helpful!

New store everything was amazing & clean was not certain about a price on an item & talked to these two nice ladies by the door & they took action immediately to help me they got a manager (stephia) because they couldn’t figure out the price & she was very sweet & got me handled, I just wanted to give a shout out at this store about how amazing the service was and thank you again! Customer service was outstanding. I will be coming back!!
