I just left the home Depot on 78 near the IHOP, Jamie gave the best customer service that I have ever received at a home depot. They didn't have what I was looking for, but Jamie made my visit less frustrating. He went far and beyond and also showed me items that are similar, very knowledgeable. Thank you Jamie

They have a decent selection of tile, more than I thought they would. It's very convenient vs going to a specific store for flooring only. Home Depot is the Walmart of home projects. I'll be back to my local home Depot!

I came in to place a very large order that needed to be shipped/delivered to an elementary school. I can’t remember the name of the manager and sales associate that helped me, but they were really awesome. I truly appreciate how helpful they were.

Brian in the blinds section is awesome very patient, efficient and courteous. He has great customer service and cutting skills. We had bought a lot of shades and some blinds from there and he cut them all to the correct exact size.

Giancarlo, Specialty Department Supervisor in custom cabinetry is wonderful! He went above and beyond for us. Great customer service. Thank you!

Joy Randall at Lilburn #110 was amazing! I was buying exterior lights and there were not enough in this store, even though the system showed that there should have been enough in the stock at this store, they could not be found. Joy helped me find the closest other home depot that had the lights in stock so I could go purchase them there to complete my needs. She personally called the store to verify the light were available and have them pulled to customer service as a courtesy. I'm so thankful she took the time to do this because as an associate she knew the system and it still took her over 45 minutes to achieve this feet. She was put on hold and hung up on and called back and then asked to speak to manager and was put on long hold again. Joy had to insist that the lights get pulled for me and confirm that they were there very forcefully, having to speak over the associate trying to say that they couldn't do that but finally said okay! Once I arrived at the other store the wrong lights were pulled but luckily I was able to locate them on the shelf and they were the only 2 there! I'm shocked at how difficult it was for an associate to get this done and know that I would never have gotten this done as a customer. Joy was AMAZING and I want to give her major thanks! Also want to say how terrible Home Depot is being run on a corporate level. The other store was Wesley Chapel #118. Thank you Joy!!!!!!

I like home Depot they have a lot of stuff I went there and needed a back door curtains shade for my back door and some cleaning supplies I got there I couldn't find nowhere else the home Depot employees were good they helped me find it what I needed so keep on doing a good job home depot's employees

I purchased a toilet on 8/9/2023.Melonie, who is the head of that department, was very friendly and patient, and I was very appreciative. I also want to thank JJ for kindly helping me get it in my car. It’s nothing like good customer service😊

This is my favorite place to shop..the emps.are always very helpful.. I ask for my favorite employee to help me.. she no longer works there.. I was kinda disappointed she was always helpful and smiling..her name was Derica😔

Easy checkout in the early morning. When I was lost, employee walked me to the correct aisle. Very friendly service. You can also pay with PayPal there.

this home depot location is always filled with friendly and assertive employees. would love to shine a light on Xavier in the paint department who assisted my husband in I with picking a color all the way to picking out brushes. Xavier was extremely patient knowledgeable and personable during our encounter. he remained professional and assisted us without issue despite the store getting ready to close. thanks Xavier :)

Came here earlier this morning looking for quality lightbulbs for my Kitchen. The Electrical Associate Seyf was very helpful. His expertise led me to the right product. Give that man a Bravo Award

Love this place! I do renovations so practically come everyday. Had to load a roll of flooring on my truck and 2 young men who were employees, were nice enough to help me load it and strap it down. I couldn’t get my straps to work and they were very patient and spent time on making sure I got it tied down and secure enough to make it to my job site. Definitely appreciated that more than they know!
