Situated in the plaza alongside Ross, I received assistance from Abby, who was exceptionally helpful. She asked thorough questions to ensure I had all I needed. Moreover, signing up online for email and text promotions grants a one-time 15% discount for purchases over $30, and they provide a 10% military discount with proper ID. Discounts can not be stacked!

I ordered garland balloons that I was not awawuth assembly was 10' tall. With refund , same day service and friendly staff, the replacements were beautiful.

I was planning a party suddenly the party was off.

I was concerned because I had opened an item or 2 while prepping, but overall everything was still in its packages and intact. But I was still concerned because it was just so much stuff. The general manager who is there during the week. Who runs the store date-day was SO helpful. He was so kind and understanding. He patiently helped return each and every item. And returned it back to my card with no problem. Superior that's the kind of leadership you need in an Retail setting. Sometimes, things happen, as long as the product is not damaged or opened. Then the right thing to do is to take the product back, especially if the person has a receipt. 5 stars to this manager and to his store. If ever, we need any items again we'll visit the Party City on Scenic Highway. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE 👌

All I did was return some items that my wife purchased and didn't need. The process was very simple and quick, I would compare the process to Amazon's. The clerk took the products, scanned the original ticket and applied the refund back to my card. Took less than a minute.

This is specifically for the store on Scenic Highway. I got balloons blown up
for our daughter and her husband’s gender reveal the day before the reveal. I had them blown up at the Mall of GA store the day before, and when I woke up the morning of the event, all the balloons were on the floor. I panicked. We went to the store on Scenic Highway, and they, without hesitation, said they would make it right for us, even though we should’ve gone back to Mall of GA. The manager was so incredibly graceful and accommodating to us, as well as his staff. They really nailed us out of what would’ve been a very tight situation, and were incredibly grateful for their help. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Thank you so much!!!

Purchased online for pick up in store that went well, they even called me to confirm that I needed helium in balloons that I didn’t select it for, when I went in store to pick up my order, the young lady only handed me balloons, but I had other items as well. She was quick to locate them, and I got my whole order.

Always enjoy going to Party City. This visit I needed Halloween candy for a Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat (Spider-man themed) events that my real estate team was participating in. There was a great variety and very reasonable prices. Was able to purchase enough candy to stuff over 1,000 bags!

I went to pick up orange colored medallions for a Halloween scavenger hunt for my boss. Upon arrival, cs @ door directed me directly to them. Being Halloween, checking out took awhile but line moved fast.

Party City is a great place or part and event based goods. We get themed and/or colored plates, utensils and table cloths for next to nothing. The decorations s d costumes are also great. The people are very friendly.

The supervisor Rob was so helpful. I went in looking for a particular slime and he made sure I found it. Very knowledgeable about product placement in the store. Jumped in to assist the cashier's at the front. Top notch customer service. Thanks, Rob.

I love that Party City has a little bit of everything. Went looking for a trophy to give my new Assistant Principal in his first year on the job and, as usual, PC came through. I love this store.

This is my go to store for Balloons. My Manager is Balloon happy so I am always getting 20+ balloons from PC. Friendly staff very helpful and everything is done in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

I ordered a few items online, wasn't satisfied with one of the items. I spoke to a gentlemen named Darius about exchanging the particular item. He was informative, helpful, and professional. I was able to exchange the item without any hassle, definitely one of the best party city stores I've been to!

I'm always glad to give credit where it's due. So, I just want to say thanks to Theo, the store manager, for showing such poise and giving us great customer service today. It's not often, but once in a while, certain individuals go above and beyond to show customer appreciation. Duly noted..so, to Theo, thanks again bro! Peace

Party city has everything you need for your party or event. I was able to order and pay for balloons ahead of time. This way they will be ready by the time I need them. One of cashiers was not that friendly but her co worker made up for her attitude.

I shop here about 3 to 5 times a year for specific birthday party balloons and birthday decor. They have items that are a certain quality above the Dollar Tree (not knocking DT). Sometimes you have to spend a little more so your balloons/ decor/ etc. are EXTRA FABULOUS for certain occasions :) lol. I love that I can place my balloon orders a few days in advance. I always walk in and my orders are ready to go. The staff is pleasant. The store is clean. I think the only time it's a little "crazy" is during Halloween season and that's expected. So grateful they are located on Hwy 124. The other "closest" locations are in Tucker, Duluth, or Buford. Thank you P.C. for great balloons and decor!
