I walked into Ashley's Furniture today to look for furniture, specifically a sofa. I had the pleasure of working with Alex, who is a truly exceptional furniture salesman. Not only did he provide me with a comprehensive list of pros and cons for each piece, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I made an educated decision. He was very patient with my indecisiveness. His expertise and dedication made the entire shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking top-notch assistance in selecting furniture. I purchased a sectional that will be perfect in my living room and to top it off the delivery turn around time is pretty quick.

Nick’s customer service skills are exceptional. I came to this store about a month ago mattress shopping. Wasn’t ready to make a decision then and came back looking for him to complete the process. My experience with Ms.Shuntay was very good. She outlined all the options for me—the different features of them; and she helped me stay within my price point. Will be revisiting for any furniture needs in the future.

This store has lovely merchandise. My salesman was Alex and he was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. Ill be back again to furnish other rooms in my house. A fantastic experience with friendly staff.

As I entered Ashley I was received by a gentleman named Chris McCormick non pushy or feeling pressure, but a sincere kindness of service and professionalism we all deserve as a consumer. Patient, kind, service oriented, and even going the extra mile to include Ashley’s sales manager Dakota who introduces himself as the watch, state, and vehicle but willing to match any price in the market to meet your complete satisfaction and price point I was looking for. I was so impressed with my business experience today in financing my furniture of choice, I couldn’t help but take all their names of those whom made my day a pleasant day of doing business with Ashley! Shuntay Trott was the best sales person I could have had. I came in told her what I needed and she helped me quickly and had amazing customer service skills and she was also amazing with my son. Makes a whole lot of difference. Wish I had used her sooner for picking my bed but I love the mattress we picked and got it on sale!
