I don't think I've ever left Ross without at least buying one thing. I don't know if that's a bad or good thing lol. My last visit I got this beautiful, unique piece of art...go ahead and take all my money. Look at the sparkle on that peacock. Ross always comes through with a bargain.

Always love Ross. Hate the long lines at checkout though. No matter which Ross I go to they never have enough staff to check you out.

Yesterday, 6/16/23 after 430pm, I decided to stop in, and I ran into two of the sweetest ladies from the fitting room. Schron is the only name I recall. They both were busy working and building lasting relationships with the customers. I hit the jackpot with six items for $82!! Thanks Schron and the other lady with glasses for your time and phenomenal customer service. You all can expect to see me at least every other week. OAN: The line was long, but moved quickly.

A great place to shop for clothing, home supplies and shoes. I've always appreciated the wide selection of items that this store has and the prices are always reasonable. My only complaint...the lines are way too long. Everytime I come here, its all the way to the dressing room 🙄

The store and Snellville is always loaded with good choices. I love getting my granddaughters clothing there comma I can get an entire wardrobe for about $100. I have been in the store a few times when it was extremely crowded, the cashiers were quick and very nice.

My favorite store for gift shopping and finding home goods, decorations. On my last visit the cashier didn't bag some earrings that I bought. Went back and manager was also to give them to me after confirming on the cameras.

The store was extremely busy however the line moved quickly and the cashier was friendly. They had a great selection of fall/ Halloween decor at very reasonable prices.

I am a Ross fan!! This store is one of my favorites. I really like the people who work here! Lorna works at the fitting rooms and is so sweet. Krystal and I talk hair all the time!! The environment is like family. The prices are great and I can always find a hidden treasure. The store is neat and very organized.

Always a great deal! They have really stepped up their game on opening more registers and trying to accommodate the shoppers. You can’t get too mad when there’s lots of people in there. Everybody’s looking for a great price. Sometimes waiting in line is just what you have to do. If you don’t want to wait in line go somewhere else.

They always have great selections. The place is always clean except the shoe section. Not the workers fault because i always see people just randmly pulling shoes off even though they know a certain section is not their size. Never had a problem with the workers, and they are always so helpful.

Great selection. Customer service was good. Store was clean. I like the selections they carry. Brand name items at a reduce price.
