Plato's Closet Southpoint

I’ve never really shopped at Plato’s closet before shopping at this location and I’m a committed fan now. This location has amazing men’s finds, always finding great shoes and fits whenever I come. Also the staff is so nice and ready to help me! Shout out to Kat for always making my shopping experience the best !

I went in today to sell some clothes and ended up spending about an hour here shopping. Great brands for really good prices and got a good return for my items. The staff here were incredibly kind and sweet and professional. I witnessed them handling some very difficult interactions with customers and they handled it with maturity and humor. I can’t remember exactly their names but I wish I could to give them a shout out and tell their manager they deserve a raise :) Will be shopping here often!!

This is the best Plato’s in the area by far! The girls who work here are amazing and so sweet! You’ll also find some good items and they also take a decent amount of times to resell as well!! I don’t even live in the area anymore but anytime I take a trip to Raleigh I sell here. Thank you ladies!!

I had a wonderful experience at Plato’s Closet Southpoint today!!! The amount I received for my items was fair. The information I received about where I could get the exotic mushrooms was priceless for this new Vegan!!! The ladies were professional and very knowledgeable. I love Plato's. I find lots of great sneakers (size 12). They have a good selection of Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Reebok etc and I get compliments on sneakers that cost me $25 at Plato's. I also found some great dress pants and some nice shirts. Highly recommend. They are also a good spot for selling name brand clothing you don't want or don't fit. It must be in good condition and they don't take stuff older than 2021.

Excellent service. They took 22 of our some 100 items and we made $88. I then gladly picked out golf shirts and khaki shorts as pictured. J Crew and Penguin Brands

My favoriteeeeeee thrift store ever! I moved here a year ago and my entire closet is from Platos💖 Also purchased the cutest mk purse I’ve seen for the most reasonable price. All of the workers are so sweet, shop at plato’s closet Southpoint!! You won’t regret it 💖

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I brought in two bins of clothes to be checked for sale. They estimated it would be a few hours and I got a text confirming I could come pick them up. When I picked them up they couldn’t take many of the clothes but I took away $42 and change which I thought was pretty good for the clothes I brought in. When I go to the car, I showed my girlfriend the money I got and I only had $22 and was missing a $20 bill. Went back in to ask them if I had by chance dropped it or left it at the counter and a manager suggested she could check the security tape really quick. I thought that was a nice gesture and she went to the back and a few minutes later came back with the results. I had dropped one of the $20 bills when I was putting it in my pocket and carrying out the two large bins. Just a few seconds later the video camera showed another gentleman picking up the $20 bill and leaving the store!!! I told them thanks for checking and it was my bad. THE MANAGER OFFERED TO REIMBURSE THE $20 I DROPPED THAT WAS PICKED UP!! I told them they didn’t have to do that but the manager almost insisted and wanted me to have the cash for my items! Customer satisfaction like this is rare these days. Definitely visiting here again and wanted to share this story!!!

This is my favorite store ever! I never go out with empty hands! They have all kind of different brands and a lot of my favorite clothes are from there! Especially for sportswear it is the first place I would go!

I got top dollar for all of my items! The staff was very helpful and made the process super easy! I was able to get some new stuff for myself and boyfriend and had money leftover!!

I have always been a Plato’s closet lover, but the Southpoint location is by far the best!! They always have new and trendy inventory that is super reasonable in price! I probably go more than I should since it’s so close to my apartment, but as a college student you can’t beat the deals!! The staff is always friendly when I go in too! Couldn’t recommend Plato’s closet, specifically this location, enough!!

Going to Plato’s Closet Southpoint is always a wonderful shopping experience! You can feel the positive atmosphere and energetic service as soon as you walk through the doors. Clothes are always cute and they always have amazing deals! I got a pair of Hunter rain boots for half of the price!❤ 10/10 would recommend.

Love coming to this location. They have a phenomenal selection and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Marin specifically is a pleasure to work with and super helpful. Can’t recommend this location enough

I’ve been shopping here for many years and Plato’s Closet never disappoints. All of the clothing, shoes, accessories, etc are very trendy and there are so many different styles offered that will fit any individual including me. I love the occasional pop ups and polls directed to the customer wishes. I love this place so much, please go check it out if you haven’t already!!!

Great store! By far the best Platos! Visited the store a week or two ago and was very Surprised by the selection of guys clothes. Helpful friendly staff. One of their staff members really took some time to help me pick out a gift for my sister. She had a lot of knowledge about the brands and styling so it really helped me out.

First off the staff were super friendly. I loved the variety of options, and they have a lot of work attire pants which I was happy to find at a extremely low price! I will be returning soon!

I go to this Platos Closet almost every weekend and am ALWAYS finding new things to bring home! My favorite items I've bought from this location are blue air force ones (match my school colors) and a trendy animal print silk midi skirt for game days (only $4) that was brand new with tags! The staff is so helpful and polite! Love this place.
