Best customer experience I have had shopping in a long time. The sales associates went above and beyond to help me style an outfit for an upcoming interview. They were so encouraging and uplifting, which I truly needed and appreciated. I even received a card in the mail a couple of days later from Presley asking me how the interview went and that the power suit I purchased goes a long way! 🤗💕🤗 Extraordinary customer experience. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. My daughter was looking for a dress and really struggling. The staff was so super helpful and made her feel important.

Lots of options to chose from and the variety was excellent. The staff stayed well past closing to make sure she had everything she needed and never once rushed us out even though it was 45 minutes past closing when we left.

We will be back. No question.

Excellent service from all the employees. No i wasnt paid to say this. Those ladies didnt act fake and phoney. Hellos and help throughout the visit. They all gave 100% service with genuine care. How cute are the tags in the fitting room for customers trying on outfits.

Great customer service. I remember the first time I went in this store. I was shopping for some under garments and Lauren was great at helping me find what I needed. I recently went back to the store because I needed some more bras and finally got fitted after many years of wearing the wrong bra size. Jennifer did a great job at helping me and recommended the proper bra and color for my skin tone. The location is perfect and I don’t have to go inside the mall. The prices for undergarments are very reasonable.

First off as soon as my husband and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by Crystal. She helped me find everything that I needed in a timely fashion. She really listened to me and my needs and how I wanted to feel and she grabbed exactly that. There was no pushy sales, or making me feel any less. She made me feel so beautiful. Honestly everyone there made me feel so special. Huge thank you to Crystal, Sidney, Toni, and Jennifer !

The store is clean and organized. I experienced the best customer service from the 2 ladies working today. I caught one of their names (Jackie) but I couldn't catch the other lady's name. Both were so pleasant and super helpful!! Another thing I appreciated was that they were constantly cleaning and sanitizing the counter top, signature pad/pen on card machine, register, and everything. All of this was occurring between each customer.

It was an awesome shopping experience !!! Victoria was the salesperson that took care of me. She made my shopping experience very pleasant and stress free :). She set my clothe up in my dressing room so I didn’t have to carry around the items I wanted to try on and was ready to swap them out so I didn’t have to get dressed to go find a different size or style. Truly a high end customer service experience. The quality of the clothes are well made. I wish I had the time to get shoes in undergarments. I will be returning soon.

Stopped by this location after coming from another LB where I did not have a good experience, I’m glad I did! Ladies here were super nice and helpful! I ended up shopping here instead. Will definitely keep shopping at the Renaissance Village LB! Thank You Hardricka and the other ladies working.

Lane Bryant has the BEST bras anywhere for a woman with curves! Morgan helped me today & she is the very BEST! Everyone at Lane Bryant is always friendly & helpful too. Morgan worked very hard today to find me exactly what I needed. I must have tried on 30 bras LOL and I apologized for taking so much time but it was no problem for Morgan. She was just happy that I found something I liked. Lane Bryant needs to move her up into higher management because she's very conscientious and a wonderful asset to Lane Bryant!

I made a large purchase a week ago unfortunately had to fly out of state due to death in the family. Kelly was awesome and could look at me and know the size I needed. I tend to wear clothes too big. She helped me get an outfit for the funeral among other needed items. I wanted a pair of jeans to travel in. We found a pair which I thought was tight enough. After wearing for few hours traveling they started to slide down. Fortunately they came with a card that said if you don't like them return or exchange. I went to exchange today and of course didn't have tags still on them because I had tried them on in the store and they seemed tight enough. I didn't think about sitting on a plane for hours they would loosen up. There was a different clerk today who right away said they normally don't take items back without a tag before noticing the card that came with them. I thought it was going to be an issue but she found a size smaller in a different pair that I liked better anyway.

Wow! Just got back home from my shopping experience at the Lane Bryant in Durham... and it's where I'll go from now on! Fabulous experience! The ladies working there were friendly, attentive and helped me figure out a size issue in Cacique I've been struggling with for months! (Lost 40 lbs and had no idea how to fit it). A simple thing that just made my day! Special shout out to Jackie who is one of the best and kindest customer focused persons I've ever met!

Of all the Lane Bryants in the Triangle area- this is the one to go to. Trust me, it's worth the drive. They have an amazing selection of clothes and bras. Way more than the other stores. The associates are super friendly and very helpful as well. This location also has a LOT of swimsuits and sizes- which is nice because most of the other stores have a small selection. Morgan helped me out and she did a fantastic job- extremely happy with experience there.

This is by far the prettiest Lane Bryant I've been to. It's very well put together and easy to look around. The girls are always so nice and helpful. I never have any issues, except a bra not fitting right every so often.

These ladies know what customer service is all about! They made my experience in the store a positive one. Very friendly and upbeat. I literally drove 45 mins to come to this store and it was totally worth it. The store itself was very neat and clean. Definitely will make the drive back to this store.

Ash helped me find exactly what I needed today when I was so stressed about finding it! I went to other plus size stores and none had this selection. Honestly their team made me feel so welcome! Great job!

Morgan and Dricka were BOTH super helpful at making me feel appreciated. I could have shopped with them both all day! First time I've ever had FUN shopping! They helped me save money, were super patient and located an item at another store so that I felt comfortable. For a plus size woman, feeling beautiful and comfortable while saving money can be a challenge....thanks to Morgan and Dricka, I was able to do all three in one trip!
