Vic was so welcoming and very friendly! When I called 2 days before to see if my package was in, Brett was also very cooperative and helpful as this was my first time dealing with the Ogdensburg, NY office! It was very important that I received my package on time and UPS and the boys in Ogdensburg delivered 100%

Picking up parcels was easy and efficient. Lots of friendly staff working so even though there was a lineup, it moved quickly. I have used this service many times without any issue.

I recently had to return a few packages to Amazon. Amazon has recently changed their returns process and it is, to me as a Senior, somewhat confusing.
Molly from this store went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced in resolving my issues.
I can’t thank her enough. Speaks volumes to the standards at that store.

I’m a long distance Truck Driver from Fairbanks Alaska I haul for the Military , I get Amazon packages sent here and when I’m passing through I stop and pick them up . Nice people to deal with .

It is so convenient having a UPS store in our small town. The Amazon returns are taken care of so effortlessly there. I appreciate the fine work the folks do at the UPS store.

Today I went in the ups store to return items I purchased on Amazon. To my surprise I found out it had been sold. I am visually impaired and the gentleman that waited on me was horrible to me. I was having a hard time bringing up the items on my phone as I am visually impaired and I kept telling him I was having a hard time . I am use to having Mike help me and when I asked for him he sarcastic remark he has owned this store for six months. I told him I hadn't been in the store for months as I had loss my husban . He didn't seem to care. Finally I told him I didn't like the way he was speaking to me he didn't seem to care. This man's name was Greg. Finally he pawned me off on a sweet young lady and within 15 minutes I was leaving. She was so helpful and was so sweet and hel0ful.
If it hadn't been for her I don't know what I woul dhave done. I think the person who hired this man and trained him needs to retrain him or fire him because he isn't a nice caring man and was so rude. Sorry to say if I go back into this store I would not let him wait on me I would ask for someone else especially the sweet girl that helped me today and didn't make me feel stupid.

I've been coming here for years as it has always been a less expensive option than shipping to Canada for some retailers. Always friendly staff and very helpful.

Great caring staff that helped me locate my package in the back. To note for canucks, they recently revised pick-up pricing of regular packages (under 30 lb I believe) from $7 to $6 (for every two weeks). This move is appreciated and every bit of savings counts!

This place is amazing!! Opened the door after it was already locked up & way past close time! Gave us a box, came out to give us our receipt, hands down one of the best service we have ever received! I will continue to come here no matter what! Good service, fast & top notch! Go here for all your mailing needs!! They have a wide variety of services they perform as well!

I have been dealing with this UPS store for probably 20 years.
The owner and manager Mike is very easy to deal with.
The employees are polite and helpful.
I had 14 packages I had ordered over a few months and they pulled them and got them ready for me even before I got there. I just let them know I was coming ahead of time.
If you have multiple packages call them a few hours ahead and they would appreciate it. Plus you'll get in and out so much faster.
First rate service in a friendly environment.

Last Sunday I used this UPS store to pick up an item that would not ship yo Canada. I live in Ottawa and the trip there and back was painless. The service at the Ogdensburg UPS was excellent. They found my parcel very quickly and because I went on a Sunday morning, I was in and out of there in a matter of minutes. I recommend using this UPS store for Canadians who cannot have items shipped from the US to a Canadian address.

Drove down from Canada to this UPS store today (July 17). I went to pick up a total of 4 packages but, unfortunately, they couldn't find one of them. These things happen especially given the immense amount of packages they get a day. They even invited me to search in the back with them which I appreciated. The two workers proceeded to look for over 2 HOURS straight until they finally found it (they encouraged me too grab lunch while they searched). It was a needle in a haystack situation so I was very impressed. Thank you Richard and colleague (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name!) for your hardwork.

I'm not one to take to google to write a review, but I had to take the time to say that the staff at this UPS location are amazing. They are friendly, personable, and extremely helpful. I've had nothing but great experiences at this location, they make the cross-border trip worthwhile. Would recommend to anyone close to the American border that needs to grab something that does not ship to Canada-A+ experience

Love this place! We have been picking up weekly from them for 3 years and they have never lost a package. Great service and they even bring my packages to my car when i have the baby and cant carry them. $5 per box is also quite reasonable. Only thing I would like to see if possible is Sunday hours again. That was always the best time to come and probably is for a lot of Canadians since it's not a work day. Thanks Guys!!

I have been using their service for years coming from Ottawa. I saved 100s of dollars in shipping fees. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. Small or big items no issue. (PS: the new opening hours are not so convenient anymore: Sunday closed!!! which means I am not able to come for weeks! It is always very busy on Sundays so why the new schedule?)

My family and I use this location exclusively for receiving all our US online purchases. The staff are always very polite, courteous and willing to help. They allow free use of their package carts for hauling the large items back to our car. The location is clean and there is always someone at the front counter to greet us. Driving down from Canada we always make it a fun trip by stopping for authentic NY pizza or tasty Chinese buffet in Ogdensburg.

After reading all of the negative comments, I just had to write my own review.
Yes, the store is inundated with consumer traffic, and most of it from Canadian packages. That is a GOOD thing...especially with the US economy having tanked in the past years. At least this store is one that is doing very well.
My family do a lot of our shopping online and many of our purchases are from US sites that want way too much money for shipping to Canada. Often there is 'free shipping' when sent to a US address. Being that Ogdensburg is only an hour away from our home, we get many packages sent to the UPS store. In all the years we have been doing this, they had misplaced only one package. They were very, very friendly and helpful and even let my daughter and I look through their rows of packaged filled shelves in the back, to find it....and we did!
They are a family owned store and yes, they many not be extremely professional, but I've never had any bad service. Actually, we've only had terrific, personable and friendly service. I guess it's all about how the customer comes off to them. If you are nasty, impatient and grumpy....I suppose that is what you will get back. It is crazy in that store, often, and I think the staff do a fantastic job, keeping it all together.
Next time you're in the store waiting in line...try smiling, relaxing and maybe, just maybe, engage with your fellow man and alleviate the wait with some nice conversation. You'll be surprised how the time will fly by.
Oh, and if you want to find out if your package is there...they have a terrific tool on their website to track it yourself.

Two Thumbs UP!!

On Friday I went to get a package (a ping pong table) that I thought would be a regular package. Turns out it was a freight package and couldn't even fit in my large 7 seater SUV. The guys working at UPS were so helpful and kind. I went to Lowe's nearby and bought straps. The UPS guys help me get it on top of my car and strapped it. Some would never do that and I would not be able to bring this massive table home to Ottawa, Canada. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service!

I have shipped many many parcels there without any problems. They have always been friendly to me. I live exactly 1 hour away and it's perfect to save me some money on shipping fees. Thank you for this service UPS!
