Walmart

Not too many places to shop in our little city so do just about all our shopping here... People are great and we highly recommend this establishment

Our Malone Walmart is seldom out of the things other stores outside of NY always have shortages of. They usually have the isles very well kept and orderly. The associates at the self check out and service desk have always been very helpful.

Decent, but not much variety in brands offered. E.g. mayo and egg options were extremely limited to one or two brands.

Yesterday I went to Ogdensburg NY to pick a few orders at the UPS store. I went to Walmart just across the shopping where the UPS store is located. I wanted to compare prices in this New York store vs a Canadian store since the US has a strong dollar right. I was really surprised to see that the Walmart Ogdensburg NY is still have competitive prices vs the Walmart in Canada, except for clothing. Children clothing are almost the same price as in Canada. Otherwise, everything else has a better price tag then Walmart stores in Canada. From housewares to small appliances, electronics gear, TV, and much more. However, if you purchase in one of these stores in the US, you cannot return the items to a store in Canada. That mean you may hand up with items you don't want or defected. You won't be able get your money or have them exchanged. Just be careful of what king of items you want to purchase from the US.

Items change so often here. Sometimes making it difficult to find the things you love. The staff is very unfriendly, they are always going way to fast bc they have so much to do and not enough help or time to do it. It sucks.

It is ok nice to shop there not too fare from home. Loved it

The store wasn't overly busy but it was definitely super clean which seems rare for Walmart these days. Checkout was quick as well.

They have self check out and spots where u can order ur stuff they'll bring it out to ur vechile

Have not been to this Walmart since I lived in the area, many years ago!! It looks a lot better it seems it's taken care of better. The staff who works there, are much more personable, much more informative of the products, and the area or placement of said products.. The staff are very pleasant to speak with. The store many years ago needed a facelift, the staff member I spoke with said they will be remodeling much more. She was at the self checkout. Very nice woman, very easy to speak with, and very helpful. So my experience that day was wonderful 😊. Very pleased!! One thing I'd like to say to whoever shops there, it would be nice if ur able too, just put the carts in the cart slot, it makes it easier for the person doing carts. And as I think kindness goes a long way.

We are used to empty shelves, and frustration at Walmart in my area in Canada. What a beautiful, clean, well stocked store this was. I had forgotten how easy it could be to shop in a Walmart. The staff was friendly and we found everything we were looking for.

Walmart has a great selection of their brand. Love the clearance isle. Check out is fast, but I usually use self check out! I usually have nig loads most employees are pretty nice. Wish that when they change policy on online pickup orders, you would be more informed.

I love the employees here,they are so wonderful and caring and helpful. I know pretty much all of them by name!!

I went to the auto center to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I also needed one of the tires looked at as it had a very slow leak since I had bought them this past winter. Everyone that helped me was professional, nice, and did a good job. They got me right in and was done within a reasonable amount of time! Thank you

Easy walmart to shop in. Good store

The most pleasant Walmart I have ever shopped in. Every employee I dealt with were so nice and helpful. This Walmart should be a model for every Walmart.

It's always busy and full of people

Wasn't crazy busy early Tuesday morning so that was nice. The store was very clean. Employees all wore masks and were very friendly. Ogdensburg folks are pretty darned cool to do business with! Say hi to Russ Finley from Zeke if anyone sees him. Lol.

Updating entire store and it looks very organized. Very helpful employees.
