AT&T Store

Great store and super service. Naomi was amazing. Went to trade-in & upgrade my phone & she could have just handed us the phone but she went out of her way to ensure the phone is set up and ready to use while we were there. Had to call store a couple of times before heading there & she has always responded and been very patient.
AT&T, take care of her. Not easy to find such people these days.

They helped my husband to switch phone plans/number/and purchase a new phone with ease. Great staff, location, plans, and products!
Recommend.*Dryers were cleaned of lint. Used 5 different dryers and all had same issue. On high they do not get very hot. Left a message for owner call back and never received a returned call.

Naomi was phenomenal. My devices weren’t working properly. She discovered a different store made some errors which she corrected. Additionally, her actions resulted in me receiving a credit to my account.
I highly recommend her. Very professional.

Best experience we ever had in a mobile phone store. The manager Mackenzie stayed beyond store hours to support us in transferring our old US ported numbers to our current US plan with AT&T. She was personable, knowledgeable and committed to supporting us in every way. Technology only works as well as the people behind it. Mackenzie is one of the greats! Highly recommend this AT&T store to support your phone and plan needs.

I hadn't been to the store in a long time. It has been over 2 years and I needed a new upgrade. Let me say that Zach was one of the best employees I have ever seen in that store. He was so nice and so patient and so extremely helpful. He did everything for me that I needed and more without a single complaint. I've never had such a great experience there until now. His other helper Naomi was also a treat. She's very sweet and so very helpful. Will always go back there now because of these two.

I was having a frustrating day with very little success, until I walked into the AT&T Store. Naomi was so professional and helpful. With her patience and friendliness she made my day and successfuly had my phone ready for use. Thanks again Naomi.

Had the best experience with Zach. We went in to get my dad set up with a new phone. Zach was so patient as that process required resetting just about every password and linking up several other services. He never made us feel like a bother and at the end told told my dad, "If you or your wife ever have trouble with your phones just come back and I will help you sort it all out". Such kind and thorough service!!!! Thank you

Arrived at the store early this morning. For the past three days I had been unable to resolve issues with my former provider.

MacKenzie was polite, courteous and immediately assisted me.

Mackenzie was repeatedly hung up on, and given the runaround while trying to port my number from my previous carrier.

Mackenzie worked digiligently and persistently for almost 2 hours dealing with this other company, and displayed oustanding bearing and professionalism the entire time.

There were problems with the other company but thanks to Mackenzie's experience, I left that store, with the phone I wanted, for far less than I thought I would've paid, AND I got and extra phone AND added another line!

Very helpful, and I am very grateful. Glad we switched to AT&T, Thank You MacKenzie. :)

The staff at this store are really customer focused. Had an issue with AT&T and Verizon support porting my number... I visited the Ogdensburg NY store... They worked relentlessly to resolve my issue... Wouldn't hesitate to return.

The sales associate, Mackenzie, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Excellent customer service was provided by both her and another associate, Zach.

The manager TJ is the definition of excellent customer service. TJ is very knowledgeable of all the products and is always extremely helpful when I have questions about my bill. He creates a very friendly environment in the store and provides the best customer service! TJ is definitely a huge asset to the company!

My niece was in dire need of a replacement phone, we arrived a half hour before closing time but the associate, Makenzie, graciously helped with the entire process of setting up the device and making sure my niece's iCloud was synced up properly.

As someone who knows little to nothing about the cellular industry the staff here were very well educated and answered every question I had. They handled every problem with ease and made my life much less stressful. Super Big thanks to the manager there as well, Jared is the guy to go to when you need something fixed, have a general question or just want to talk to great guy.

TJ the manager was super helpful. He got me setup with at&t and added a line to my account where another store said I couldn’t. He cleared up other problems we had with billing and helped me a lot with my new phone and accessories.
