AT&T Store

The entire team at AT&T was FABULOUS! I feel so lucky to have worked with Jay on getting my new phone set up. Absolute star of an employee. Nicole and Chris were so friendly and the entire team made me feel educated and informed on making my phone upgrade. I wouldn’t go to another store. I’m so appreciative!!

Asher is the best sales associate! She is preside, kind, patient and willing connect and empathize with you. She is very thorough and I highly recommend her

I lost my phone- and ID- while traveling. It appeared I was going to have to have a phone mailed, per AT&T. I went to the Asheville store for help. After 4 (!) hours of back and forth with their ‘Customer Service’, the team at the store made sure I walked out of the Asheville store with a new phone. Kip was the most patient, persistent and pleasant customer service rep I’ve ever encountered- hands down. And thanks, too, to Nicole and Ashley for their contributions- your effort is greatly appreciated!

Nikole at 3 S Tunnel Rd in Asheville was so beyond helpful! It was definitely the best phone/internet store experience we have ever had! We were so fast in and out and got amazing deals! She made it so easy to start our internet service and we are even switching to their cell service now!

My wife and I had been with Verizon for over 10 years. Their cell service in the West Asheville area has gone from spotty to now virtually non-existent over the past few months. After several calls into Verizon we were given promises of better service in the future, we gave them time and displayed great patience, but to no avail. On Wednesday, August 11th our service with Verizon was the worst that we have ever experienced and had enough of paying for premium service and receiving such unreliable reception, so frustrating. So we visited the AT&T store inside the Asheville mall and met Nikole. Nikole did a great job of explaining all that AT&T had to offer and we committed to AT&T cell service that same day. Nikole helped us make the switch. A process that took just a few minutes. Nikole was also successful in signing us up for AT&T fiber internet for our home. We look forward to faster and more reliable internet too! Nikole worked hard to ensure that our experience was seamless and was very knowledgable with the process. Nikole also mentioned various other services that AT&T now offers, such as direct TV. Something that we may consider in the future.

This AT&T store in the Asheville Mall is just simply the best! Outstanding customer service, very helpful and kind, extremely competent, a great pleasure to work with them. Mike and Nicole love their jobs, and their attitudes are wonderful. All while keeping a big smile on their faces and having a good time with their humor and personalities. We had the greatest experience here, would not hesitate to go back for anything, even though we live an hour away! We give our highest recommendation, and we promise that you will be valued and treated with courtesy and respect. These folks know what they are doing, and will make sure you are very happy with your phone and your plan. Go see them! You will be glad you did, we couldn't be happier!

Best location in Asheville. Asher helped us get new phones with the best deals for our existing plans. Asher kept us from switching to Verizon.

Absolutely loved the environment, Morgan was most helpful. I love how easy they made for me to upgrade. Love my service with them. The manager in store was awesome. Very cool and educated people with the devices they are selling in store. Highly recommend at&t to anyone looking for a change

The sales person, Jack B was top notch at customer service skills. We have been in the store at the mall one other time and were so impressed by his knowledge of the store inventory and was able to answer all our questions. All at the same time while being courteous and considerate. Not all that common these days.🧐 Will go back to that store as needed.

Jack at the AT&T store in the mall in Asheville was incredibly kind and helpful and did everything in his power to help us. This was ESPECIALLY appreciated after going to the other AT&T across the street which is the corporate location and the employee who had apparently worked for AT&T since ‘96 talked down to us, was incredibly rude, wouldn’t even consider our questions and made us feel stupid. I am SO glad that we decided to go to the other location in the Mall where Jack was not only helpful but also incredibly nice and considerate towards us and our situation. As a military member and a teacher (both of which are recognized by AT&T discount programs) we recommend you steer clear of the rude and demeaning corporate employees and go to Jack in the Mall!

Nikole was really nice and very helpful! Should had just went to her to start with instead of calling at&t and getting the run around. Very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend seeing her to help you.

Nikole did a great job at explaining all of the new features on on my brand new Google pixel 6 I just bought with the company. Her knowledge of all of the different features and data plans was impressive. She took the time to transfer all of my contacts/ music ect from my old phone to my new one. I would recommend this store at the mall to anyone I know. Nikole thanks again

The employees were all really sweet and actually treated me like a person. They got the issues I was having with my account settles very fast and I actually enjoyed my time in there
