I have practically redecorated my entire home with Sean at the Burlington Ashley Home Store. The experience was top notch from start to finish, and I am loving my new furniture!

I finally found my dinner set, Henry was amazing, going beyond by showing us how to pair a table with chairs belongings to a different sets.Once he put everything together, it looks beautiful and exactly what I wanted. His perfect fluency in Spanish made all the process smooth and efficient. I totally recommend him.

Esteban was great at showing and giving me my options. He took a lot of time explaining things to me not knowing if I was going to purchase.
In the same light Josh was more than helpful as well. I would recommend shopping here at Ashley Furniture. They have nice furniture for your bedroom, dining and living room!

Oh my goodness! I cannot say enough about Josh. He is the Assistant Sales Manager. We had a really simple and thoro visit. Josh provided us with all the information we needed and then some. I would highly recommend shopping with Ashleys, and if you can get to Josh at the Burlington, NC location it is worth it.He is absolutely phenomenal. Esco and Robin Babatunde.

John (assistant manager) is awesome. Very laidback. Greeted us when we came in. He also showed us options online that wasn’t in the store. He explained everything thoroughly and we were able to decide on a living room set we love!

We stopped by the Burlington Ashley Furniture store (just to look around). We received a friendly welcome from Sean, one of the furniture consultants. He told us about the Black Friday specials and left us to browse. We ended up purchasing a bedroom set, a lot due in part to Sean’s customer service! He was very friendly. He was knowledgeable about the furniture craftsmanship and inventory on the floor. We appreciated that he did not crowd us but was still attentive to answering our questions. My wife and I were in the market for a new dinning set. We went to Ashley in Burlington to look at their options and met Sean. He was very pleasant to work with, and was able to help us get the set we wanted with the financing we wanted. He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and broke down all the cost, and delivery. We were in and out in no time,!

On this day, me and my fiancé decided to head down to Ashley Homestore in Burlington and my experience was truly an amazing time! First and foremost, I want to shout out the man you see in the picture, Esteban, who was our sales rep. He knew exactly what we were looking for the minute we gave him a description on the style furniture we were looking for. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was definitely thee guy to go to when it comes to getting down to business. Indeed this was a great day to buy furniture. I highly advise everyone to come here and check out their team of staff who are full of expertise, needless to say. Seems like I'll be coming here, pretty much for the rest of my life, to build our interior deco for our home. Thank you to all the staff and especially Esteban for the wonderful experience!

Stopped in Ashley looking at mattresses and was welcomed by Sean. He immediately introduced himself, told me the deals and then said he would check on me after a I looked around for a bit. He was very helpful when picking out what we wanted and super patient. The whole time we shopped (multiple times) he always made us laugh made the experience so much better. We came back to Ashley to make our purchase because of our experience with him. Highly recommend asking for him if you need any type of furniture!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sales associate Sean C. was amazing, very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not only was he able to help us furnish our new house but also had some great recommendations for local restaurants as we just moved to the area. Lance and Sean both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be a returning customer!

We had an absolutely lovely experience at Ashley. We started our search for new living room furniture here and Sean C. knew the exact right piece to show us first. We went to a number of other stores over the next few days, but ultimately ended up back at that very first piece because nothing else could hold a candle to its comfort. We went to Multiple Ashley Furniture Stores in a 50 mile radius, I can say that this Burlington Store had the best Customer Service and layout!
