This Wendy's consistently gets our special order correct. Last time I was in the drive through they were short staffed and a little slow, but the employees were still friendly and patient, and the order was correct. It makes for a better customer experience when the employees are not impatient and overwhelmed even when they're having to deal with shortages. Great job!

Placed a huge order for my family and one sandwich was messed up, but they replaced it and we're really nice about it! Got a free frosty for my troubles! But for being so understaffed, they're doing a damn good job on the night shift!

Lunchtime, between 11:45 and 1:00, is not a good time to go. Long drive-thru lines and inside. The food is ready pretty quickly once you place the order.

This location always does a great job! The food is consistently good, the staff are usually well trained and competent. The restaurant is keep pretty clean and tidy. One of the better Wendy's you will visit for sure!

Talk about Great customer service! this Wendy's is it. Fast food lives here as you are eagerly waiting on. Integrity as I mistakenly left my card at the counter, but the waiter immediately found me. Wow! Great fast food, excellent service, and integrity... what more can you expect?

It was busy inside and in drive through. It was Sunday around post church hours. My food is always fresh and fast when I eat here. The staff has really good customer service skills as well. And, it's clean and well lit in the dinning room. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. My favorite meal is the number one... Small... With a baked potato instead of French fries... And, a tropical green tea. I eat here three times a week.

My favorite place. I know it is fast food but every time I go it reminds me of going grocery shopping with my mom and grandpa. It reminds me that things get better and that life goes on. Heart break doesn't last forever. I have made many memories at different Wendy's but I really appreciate this Wendy's for being clean, having great workers and having good ethics.

This is a great Wendy's location for eating in. Drive thru is a bit stressful when busy as the lot feels too small. But eating in is great! It's clean, recently remodeled and food is always made quickly and accurately. Staff is very friendly as well.

Wendy's,always consistent quality. After Dave died and his daughter started running the operation; it seemed like the taste of the burgers wasn't there. But now their back! Enjoy your meal. I love Wendy's

We Visited The Wendy's While we were in Burlington picking Someone up , We had a taste for Wendy's. So the Google Map sent us to 2423 S Church Street in Burlington North Carolina 27215, And WOW, WOW, WOW Is All I Could Say!!! To Start the food was so fresh, hot, moist, delicious, Every Sandwich prepared exactly as ordered!. We had two separate orders, both orders were the 4 for $4, different sandwiches in each one, and added on shakes. Everything was exactly the way we ordered it, nothing was wrong with it, everything was """PERFECT"""!!!. The service was extremely friendly, fast, and very professional. We Live In A City That Has No Shortage Of Wendy's In It, """But ABSOLUTELY NONE NONE NONE OF Them Can Hold A Candle To This Location!!!!!!!.""" As For Us We Will Drive All The Way Back To This Location To Eat Wendy's Everytime We Want To Eat Wendy's, Before We Eat At Any Of The Wendy's In Our City!. Always have a good experience here. The burgers are pretty good and chili is surprisingly tasty for fast food. Frosties aren't all that great but thats not a problem. Staff is friendly whenever i visit and do their job well.

Love my Wendy's. # 6 spicy chicken. The people behind the counter is the success of Wendy's. Competitive pricing, fast service, are qualities i look for. The down side of Wendy's like most fast food is dining area cleanliness. Bring your own handi wipes if you want clean.

Line was so short for once but it took ten minutes for me to get my order taken in the drive thru. I guess they were short staffed. They were nice though.

I love eating at Wendy’s at least once a week to get the half salad with grilled chicken and pomegranate dressing. They also have the best chili I have every eaten. Then I top it off with a chocolate frosty. Now this is a hearty meal I just can’t wait to eat!!! Yummy!!

5 star for fast food, 3 star for a general restaurant.

Out of the major fast food restaurants, Wendy's is my preferred burger. I also like the vanilla soft ice cream. Don't bother with the chocolate, it doesn't taste like chocolate. It's too mild.

I love their burgers frostys don't like that they changed the small frosty to a kid meal size. On the go that usually holds you especially busy days mostly daily wrk hrs until coming back for whole family sometimes you can drive your regular daily customers away because I don't go myself daily doesn't mean order not in twice daily
