Rack Room Shoes

I went there for the first time to get my boy a pair of shoes. He had seen a specific pair that his friend was wearing and wanted a pair like that. We ended up leaving Rack Room with three pair of shoes and some extras. Like socks. The employees were super helpful and extremely kind. We will be going back.

First experience at this store. It was very clean and organized, gets prices and sales. Nice staff

This is the only place in Burlington I know sells slip proof shoes that are actually slip proof..omglol..

First time here, my husband and I were very happy with the neatness of the store and the helpfulness of the staff. We were able to find what we needed pretty quickly too. Had a large selection to choose from.

Was in the store April 28 2019. My daughter needed shoes and I needed shoe laces. Devon and another associate assisted me with picking out the correct shoe laces. Devon asked how many lace eyelets were in my shoes. I had no idea. I have a spinal cord injury and am unable to bend. Devon leaned down and counted my laces for me and told me what laces to get. That's good customer service as well has just being a good human being. I would recommend this store. Daughter got shoes as well.
