I had a few issues with a couple products I purchased from this store. BUT! I'm reviewing customer service. "Big man"Josh was so helpful two weeks ago when he made sure I got a warranty on my PS5. I, the skeptic, rolled my eyes and he the nice employee he was he simply smiled. 3 days later my PS5 was a brick. It was replaced in a single transaction no charge what so ever. l then ran into a issue with a pre owned game, again not this mans fault that's a product issue, I came in and was able to pay the difference for a brand-new version of the game not only that but this man made sure i was getting the coupons, discounts, ECT. Just for the inconvenience to me. On top of all that his attention to detail with where the receipt and stickers went after the purchase made sure I didn't forget the receipt for next time. Oh did I mention how he didn't hassle me over a receipt? I can't say the same for his manager who tried making me feel bad I lost a receipt lol I didn't get his name but he was the only other male I've seen work there. 5 stars for JOSH!

I’ve never once met a game stop worker that is completely honestly with you like I just did with Ben and Josh, these two guys deserve management position. There patience and customer care is top tier I will 100% be going back as long as their there. Wow

Just finished buying a few thing for my son at GameStop. Joshua was a big help for us making our decision. Thank you Joshua or having a great personality and for all the help!

Great Store!!!! Great Service!!! Nathan, the store leader, is awesome!!! He was very helpful, honest, friendly and an all around great guy!!! He knows a lot about all things gaming so it's great to also talk to a store representative that knows alot about the things he sells. It was a great shopping experience. The store has lots of great variety of products and great deals, especially for Gamestop Pro members (only $15/yr). I definitely recommend shopping here.

The people who work there are very kind and so helpful. I truly appreciate them so much because they helped me get what I need. I will be going to this GameStop for all my videogames needs. If I could give more stars I would.

Great location, nice size, friendly staff. Had the controller I was looking for when other locations didn't. Caroline was very helpful, not pushy at all. Definitely better than some of my other GS experiences.

We had an old Xbox 360 that we needed to know if it still worked. We no longer had the cords or controllers, so I took it to GameStop. Denver was busy when I walked in but he acknowledged me. He was kind enough to try a few different games to double check if the unit was broken. He was quick and friendly, not only to me but everyone who entered the store while I was there.

The staff are always helpful and understanding. And they can carry a good small conversation with you. Great customer service with 0 complaints

The employees at this location went out of their way to help me even with all the customers they had in there and showed respect, as well as volunteered info that they thought a customer should know without having been asked.

This place has.fantastic employees who are helpful both in saving you money and advice on what the game is about I'd your buying one. A friendly atmosphere is always present here.
