The lady that helped me was awesome. I needed to exchange shoes I got at another location because they didn't have the size i needed and I was able to do it with no hassle. I will continue to get shoes here when they have the styles I like.

Janessa & Logan have AMAZING customer service skills. It's rare now a days to find store clerks that are eager to help you, much less go the extra mile like Janessa, the store manager did.

The customer service lady I believe her name was marline at at Arizona Mills Mall was amazing. She did everything for us . My daughter has a size 11 foot and we needed a nice shoe for a prom dress. Also taking into account she never had worn heels 👠 before. Anyway after all of her masterful experience and working with my daughter. We finally found a shoe 👠.

Sheldon the Store Manager is just beyond amazing! Not only did he assist me with my shoe shopping, but he took the time to play and talk with my toddler and I was actually able to look at the shoes to a mother or anyone who has toddlers that just means so much! He gave her some stickers and really spoke to her. Also he didn’t miss any customer coming in to greet them as well. I’ve never had a customer service experience like this one. All the employees were very attentive and friendly. The store was very clean and presentation of shoes and aisles were great. I’m coming back to this store not only because of the amazing, friendly, and professional customer service, but also because there is a variety of different types of shoes. And to Lilly who checked me out she was friendly, helpful, and professional. Everyone from the store manager Sheldon to Lilly at the register really went above and beyond. I haven’t seen the type of customer service and all while being genuinely sincere. I would suggest you to stop by and take a look for yourself. I can always find a nice pair of shoes for church for a reasonable price

The buy 1 get 1 50% off is a pretty good deal. A big selection of shoes to chose from. If they don't have your size, they'll order them online and call you when they're in store.

Logan was very helpful even though she was busy restocking and juggling other customers. We got 2 pairs of shoes for $70 less than the price of a single pair of the same exact shoe at another retailer in the same mall!

I didn't go shopping for myself I was there with my daughter. I gave 5 stars because the store had so much to choose from. It was my first visit.

This is a hidden gem inside Arizona Mills Mall. All the shoes are BOGO 1/2 Off...no limits. They always have a greatselection, even for.picky people and if you have children it will keep them trendy and sa e you big time on the pocket book.,

A bit expencive for sure, but when i accidentally stepped on the back of my mom's shoe and pro kit this post helped us find replacements II there was half off, and when they do not have her size of the second show that she wanted they had it delivered to our apartment with no shipping cost
