Amazing customer service, I came in alone (female) at night and was met with the most amazing worker, august kennard. He helped me find out exactly what was wrong with my car and even came outside to check it himself! He was able to find the problem and tell me how to fix it just in case it happened again. Within seconds we were able to get the check engine light to go away. I am beyond happy with the amazing service here! I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends here! @blu3maro on instagram appreciates the help from autozone!

Bought low beam headlights for my 2013 Honda Pilot today. Top of the line! When I went to install I couldn't get the light to seat. Figured I was sold the wrong headlight. Nathen assisted me. Said they were the right lights. I asked him if he could help me out and show me what I was doing wrong. He ended up installing both new headlights. In the process I found that I was trying to replace the wrong bulb (high beam). Thanks again Nathen. I was frustrated and you turned a bad experience into a positive one. I always come to this Auto Zone. Everyone is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made my day!!!

I had an amazing experience at Autozone. Shout out to Matt. Last Thursday, at around 7:00 pm, I called them to ask if they could change my car battery if I could come that night. The man who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. He suggested that if I could come to the store as soon as possible, he would have one of his workers stay back to change the battery for me. When I reached the store, I purchased the battery and Matt started working on it. I must say, Matt was incredible! I was able to sit in my car and watch a show on Netflix while he changed my battery. My car has a huge battery that is a little hard to remove, but Matt was still able to change it within 15-20 minutes, even though other Autozones were unable to do so.

Had the pleasure of seeing August a few days ago for a passenger tail light that was not working. August brought out his tools and was able to fix the problem within minutes. The customer service I received was exemplary. Thank you August for taking care of me.

Came to this Auto Zone to get a new battery and Nathaniel D was the best! He was super helpful and went above and beyond. Greeted me as I came in and took care of everything so quickly. He personally switched out my battery and had me on my way! I’d highly recommend this Auto Zone for the best service!

Needed a key battery change and Michael C was such a pleasure to meet, he was courteous and helped disassemble and even installed the new battery with all the tiny parts involved in the key fob. I was so impressed. Exceptional service!

Manuel at this location was absolutely great , he went above and beyond to help me remove a very big scratch on the side of my car . He used a method that took almost all of the red scratch off , nothing was left but a very small barely noticeable spot , directed me to a matching paint and all 👏🏼 . He was just soo very much helpful . I appreciated all the help :) . Support this location and ask for him . Again , great guy 👍🏼

This is one of the best Auto zones in the valley. The staff is very knowledgeable and quick with their work, i really appreciate bobby and kenny for helping me get the parts i needed and really understood me.

I wish I had gotten the names of the employees here because they truly did a great job! I came in needing a car battery, they found the perfect one for me, installed it and I was on my way. Took all of ten minutes! I now have peace of mind knowing if my battery dies within 2 years I get a free replacement too! Thank you guys so much.

Place has amazing staff. Nathan Diaz was super helpful in getting me what I needed and helping me install it on my car. I find car stuff stressful so was happy that they went above and beyond even after my purchase to make sure i was ready to go.

I came in and I was in desperate need of help with my tire a new battery. Diego the store assistant manager was such a great help that he directed me in the need of the tools that I needed to change my tire as well as help me with a good pricing on a new battery! The staff was top notch and very helpful. I needed a new battery and not only did they have the correct battery, they were willing to install it. Never go anywhere else.

I had to help my niece take out her car battery and they helped with the tools I needed. I made two trips that evening the first four the tools and the second with the battery so I could get my new battery and get the core fee back. The guys were super helpful and didn't make me feel stupid. And they were opened on a Sunday evening after five that is very helpful.

Had a great experience, Nick chaves actually helped me out a lot. He gave me information about my break pads that I didn’t know, it was very useful and he made sure to give me the little greaser packets. He’s a great leader for the establishment.
