My wife and I went into this store to get a new phone and ask some questions. Alex was very helpful and killed it with correcting a bad situation we were in with Sprint from years ago. This dude was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks Alex. (Especially from Melodie).

Caden was extremely helpful and had a positive attitude. He had excellent customer service! This is officially my go to T-Mobile. Thank for the laughs and spreading kindness! Keep up the good vibrations and drawing skills!! See you next time!!

I wouldn't trade this T-Mobile store for any location I've ever been to in all the years I've been with T-Mobile. I actually left another T-Mobile location because I could not handle any of the employees in any way shape or form! There has never been a time I've walked through this door that they are not polite, courteous, extremely, or failed to go out of their way to answer any question and take care of anything that needs taken care of! I want to give kudos to Nic as I feel he is truly the lifeblood of this store. He goes above and beyond! I have been fortunate on other visits to have both Calvin and Jed take care of my every need. I hope all three of these gentlemen get the kudos that they well deserve and I send my deepest appreciation for their customer service.

I discovered a fraudulent charge on my account and Alex O. at this location went above and beyond to help me out. He actually discovered a second item that was added to my account (both out of a couple Florida based T-Mobiles) and was able to help me in fixing the situation. Thank you for all of your help, Alex! You made a stressful situation MUCH easier!

There are awesome people working here who helped me return a new OtterBoxed Samsung phone I found in the road today. I am so glad the owner called their phone before the 6% charge I gave it was gone.

They have an awesome crew at this t-mobile very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have t-mobile definitely use this branch

I’d like to thank Nico Kelly for his excellent customer service. I came into the store confused as to what I needed to do to transfer my service from my old carrier to T-Mobile and transfer my older iPhone to a new iPhone 13.

Nico took the time to explain what needed to happen and he helped me through the process making sure each step was completed accurately. He was very patient and thorough. He offered additional options, but without pressure. I walked out of the store a very happy camper with my brand-new phone fully up and running!

It's so refreshing to have someone go above and beyond to provide great service. Thanks again Nico, you’re awesome!

It appears that an employee greets potential customers as they walk in the doori n a friendly manner to ask how they can assist in their needs. If the center is busy their name is taken so they only wait in order. And, in my experience, when your name comes up, you get their full attention!
And I would like to give a special shout out to Caden Jones, who addressed my immediate concerns and went even furthering.
Also, your store managers, Dan & Keri who answered the questions I called in!
Please give each inquiry a number 10 for me. I assumed my praise would be obvious!!
So far my T-mobile experience at my particular location has bee a definite 10 to all your inquiries❗ I hope this clears up my responsesplease. P.S. Jed did great, the transfers were amazing and he did so good.. Shout out to every employee there!

Me and my roommates came to this location to switch from Verizon and had a gray experience with Nico and Keri. We didn’t realize how taxing it can be to switch carriers and transfer numbers, but they were super helpful and patient throughout the entire process. So thankful for this experience!

This review is for Daniel Grolle at this location. I came in with a big issue that T-Mobile‘s online support could not assist me with. It was not going to be a sale. In fact, it was going to be a major headache for this person to deal with.

Daniel was friendly and patient and worked hard to help me get the issue resolved. Whatever they are being paid, it isn’t enough. It’s hard to find excellent customer service these days. If you plan to use T-Mobile, go to this store and ask for Daniel.

Thank you to the employees here! It was a wonderful experience getting a data transfer and screen protector for my son's phone. 😀 Everyone here is friendly and helps customers with enthusiasm! I will be back!

Nico was awesome. Gave me all the facts about my phone choices, the accessories available and anything I had questions about. He was very thorough. I also didn’t feel overly pressured to purchase items that I didn’t actually want. It was the perfect balance. Walked out with a brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max! I will 100% be coming back to this T-Mobile store to preferably work with Nico in the future. All T-Mobile reps should be like him. Give him a raise, please!

The staff and managers were Awesome!!! We've never had T-Mobile before and we're looking to up grade our internet and phones to 5-G and Keri, the manager was Perfect! We not got 2 new phones, turned in an old phone but got cases for both and ended getting my father in law internet, 5G wifi for his place in Phoenix. It was all done in about an hour and we even made some new friends!

Best experience ever 🤣 love the customer service skills. The guys there are 👍 great. Definitely recommend you stoping by. If you are interested in excellent coverage, fast service at a great price. This store got's you covered!

Probably the best in store experience I have ever had with any carrier! Dawn was particularly amazing, and helped us with so much patience! Give that woman a raise! Best cell service I have ever had! Glad I made the switch!

Joe was extremely professional and worked diligently to solve our problem. Helped us to understand what was done wrong by another T-Mobile store and took the time to fix the issues.

I had a bunch of notifications and warnings show up on my phone. Did not know where they came from. Went in to this location. I was greeted by Erika. Told her what was going on. She laughed and said she could fix my phone. She spent about 5 minutes doing all kinds of stuff. She gave me my phone back and said it was fixed. I have used my phone for several hours and it is working perfect. Thanks Erika!!!!!!
