Metro by T-Mobile

Very happy to have stopped in this evening. The customer service was fantastic and we left with a smile.

Overall, my experience at the Metro by T-Mobile store was positive. The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me with choosing a suitable phone plan and device. They explained the options clearly and answered all my questions. The store was clean, and I didn't have to wait long for assistance.

Amy was EXTREMELY helpful!! Very nice and helpful. Very professional. She was a real joy and very calm to a very stressful situation.
She NEEDS a huge bonus and promotion.

It was pretty nice getting a new iPhone 12 from Metro in Crystal for the Black Friday promotion. I truly enjoyed the kindness and professionalism of Jefferson and Amy.

amy and jefferson took care of me they really help me out today they both were very respectful, nice, and helful and they really whe about and beyond to make sure i have everything i needed after getting a new phone

I have always had friendly service and fair prices. The guys that work here are also very honest and fair.

I drive from Hopkins to the store in Crystal because the employees are so nice. They've always been very helpful and have offered deals to me that the other stores didn't. Just got the T Mobile internet device and I love it!! Highly recommend this store over the others in western Minneapolis. Closest parking lot is west of the store or on street parking on Bass Lake Road.

Loved this Metro by T-Mobile! Santiago helped a lot i usually don’t get much help from reps but he was willing to help me and my mom, answered all our questions and took the time to make sure we got what we were looking for.
Highly recommend them if your looking for someone who actually cares about customers and not just selling. Keep it up santiago will be returning for more great service.
