Good Customer Care

I came at 5:30 and was told to get out by a rude employee. She said they were closed and I said it's not 6 and she rudely told me I need to leave cause they started shutting lights off. Wouldn't go back if you paid me. Hope this place closes or finds better, less lazy employees.

I’m been in the hobby for some time and I finally decided to come in and check it out the prices are insanely marked up. Some of these cards are more fake than AirPods of wish.

I called and emailed this business with a question and no one bothered to respond with a message by either phone or email. Not even a message of “ not interested” from anyone with this business. Thank you for your customer service.

These guys sold me a Pokémon item labeled “vintage from 1995” only to open the box and all 100 cards were fake and printed from new sets. The owner of this store bought this item for 25$ online and flipped it at their store for 57$ I opened it and all the cards were fake. I had to google this item I bought only to find out the real information from it. They also offer no refund. Please stay way from these people and their shady business practices.

This place sells fake Pokemon cards. The owner states that they are labeled as reprints but in my opinion the way these are displayed and advertised is VERY misleading. Buyer beware.
