They deserve 100 stars. Corey & Malik were the best, great customer service, kind, friendly, patient, and informative. I will spend my money with them again. The whole team was great to work with. Everyone was helpful and very nice. I love it. Customer service is everything.

Went in on Christmas (yes they were open in Christmas)to exchange my husband's gift. The manager said he would do it with no problem. I had to leave to get them. He was patient and got me in and out before my husband got out of bed. Thanks bro!

I ordered a pair of shoes online and unfortunately got the wrong size contacted customer service and Deborah was extremely kind and helpful. She went the extra mile and even helped me locate a store near my home that had the shoes in stock . When I reached the store In person Tim was very helpful and presented great customer service! I will definitely visit the Freedom Drive location again to purchase specifically due to the great service and help I received from Tim
