The gentleman named DeMarcus shows excellent customer service. Not only did he help me and my wife, the other customers came inside of the store and with his knowledge he taught me and the other customers about the new promotions and transfered my wife's I formation in a timely manner. Definitely recommend him for service. I just hope he stays working for the company. If so 10/10 recommend him.

I don't know where yall found the young man named DeMarcus but he's very great at his job. He was the only one working and It was busy but he made sure everyone was taking care of and out at reasonably time. Hands down amazing. I will definitely come back to this location because of him. Having been to a couple Cricket stores that had a very unprofessional and unhelpful person running the store, I was delighted to find this one at Freedom Drive! I upgraded my phone there, which was a pleasant experience. Since then, any question that I brought to them was handled quickly and politely. Excellent customer service!

Excellent service. These people know how to treat customers. They all deserve a raise. They set the standard for cell phone stores everywhere. I think the owner has multiple stores and this is where he sends all his new employees to break them in. Correction give all the regulars here a raise. You know who they are. I came here from verizon and im glad i did. I brought my wife over too. Two big thumbs up!!

Freedom Drive Cricket communication store..Is my first choice For where to go to buy a phone.. even if my phone starts to acting up Cricket store on Freedom Drive is my first choice the people in this Cricket store is very nice and friendly to you they will take their time out to help you to fix your issue no matter how long it may take them they will work to fix your phone even if it means sending another customer to another employee in the store so that they can finish working on your phone to fix your issue and believe me when you leave there you are going to be a happy satisfied customer with the work that they do to your phone and on your phone to fix it to fix any issues about your phone.

These ladies were efficient and quick to answer all questions. We were in and out in under 20 minutes!! Definitely recommend this location for any Cricket needs!!
