Citi Trends

Was it a bench because I forgot to bring a sweatshirt when I traveled up north. Walked in the city trends and they had good selection on my size for jackets and good price

I had the best customer service experience I've ever had shopping at any citi trends ever. The store manager Tanisha exhibited excellent care and commpassion and was very helpful when looking for a particular item. She came up with suggestions on store products and a solution for my problem while doing so. Thanks this is how a business should run and train each employee to model. Made my day

Got my son a few clothing items. He likes them.

Store was nice & clean but the cashier was not friendly. She was moving slow, didn't acknowledge me at all & talked with her coworkers the whole time. I do believe she was a manager. The whole front end was in conversation. Not once was I acknowledged as a customer. You need to hire new employees to go along with the Grand Opening!!
