They get the coolest collectibles you can find. I collect action figures to take with me to conventions to get autographed. Entanglement earth is where I always look first for the latest Star Wars action figures. I got quit the collection from here so far.

I've used entertainment earth for my go to spot for gifts for the kids and recently started collecting funko pops and ordering from them also and let me say they go above and beyond when it comes to shipping and packaging with care. I've purchased items from some other places and they do not take the care that entertainment earth does. It is an awesome feeling when I get what I order in an very reasonable amount of time and most importantly with no damage to the funkos. I will continue to use them as my funko go to spot.

Syd was super knowledgeable and very thorough. She resolved several issues and helped me preorder more items within a matter of 5mins. Excellent customer service. Also, she let me know my shipping status on all my items. I love this company.

I just received Mr. Xanatos from the NECA Gargoyles line. I wanted to take a moment and thank you and your workforce for shipping the last three of my NECA figure orders in bigger boxes so that the figures have a better chance of surviving the increasing ruthlessness of the mail carrier hospitality after Broadway arrived months earlier in a box that had seen better days and had the battle wound to prove the rough ride. So few would consider their customers' satisfaction or stand behind a guarantee that is not easily met with consistency, especially when third parties with their agendas are involved. Thank you so much for all you do and have done as franchise merch dealers and as fellow franchise merch aficionados. I look forward to more awesomeness from EE in 2024.

These guys are my go-to for all things collectible! I've been ordering things from them for years, but my most recent shipment really stood out!

Four of my Funko Pops were shipped in a box that held six. They padded the empty space in the box, which I appreciate because that kept them from shuffling. However, they also put that box into another box, complete with more padding!

They package everything they send with more care than even Funko itself! When things do slip up, which is rarely, they're quick to make things right.

These guys are the best, and I'm going to continue to make them my go-to, especially when they stand out so much from everyone else.

By far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The representative assisting me, Syd, answered all of my questions and assisted me with my returns and was even able to assist me with adjusting some details of a separate order that I had placed. I believe the service I received is the standard that other companies should strive for. I just apologize for taking so long to actually write this review.

I've ordered from Entertainment Earth many times, everything always arrives as it should, the one time I had to call about an order my issue was promptly fixed by their great customer service team.

I had a couple orders canceled and I was so worried about losing them. Luckily a kind lady (I forgot their name) helped me get all of them sorted out. She even gave me a call back the next day to verify if two of them were still available or not and let me get those ordered again aswell! Bless her!!

Was my Client Services Representative. I would like to say she was very kind, understanding, sweet,patient and provided me with the best client services any customer could of asked for. Entertainment Earth is a retailer that I highly recommend. Not only do they have competitive prices, but their customer service is second to none. I recently received assistance with a return that was due to a factory flaw, and was blown away by the level of service that was provided. US-based representatives were available by phone and communication regarding the return (via phone and email) was prompt and clear, with proper expectations being set. I love how the company was understanding of the situation and made things right. I will definitely continue doing business with Entertainment Earth going forward.

Entertainment Earth very consistently has the lowest prices and the best customer service - hands down! Supremely attentive, Eddie Alvarez solved an issue...before I even knew it was an issue! (What the what??) Thank you, guys - I'm not sure about anyone else's experience, but why would I want to buy anywhere else when EE makes me feel like a valued *person*??

Entertainment Earth has you back even you are not expecting it. Donald was my Client Services Representative for this particular situation. I was just passing on some information of a package I had stolen a few days ago. Donald wasn't going to let the phone call end with me going away disheartened. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. I was simply blown away! I have never in my 20 years collecting action figures had customer service as this!

Donald Tapia provided excellent customer service today! We had a concern with an order we had placed in which he was able to troubleshoot the situation, resolve the issue and also provided a solution that would help us receive our order later this month plus ensure all our orders would arrive in the upcoming months accordingly. I'm no stranger to online shopping with e commerce retailers and I have to say hands down Entertainment Earth has exceeded my expectations. Everything I ordered came in pristine condition and arrived quickly. I don't normally write reviews unless the experiences are horrible or amazing and with this place it is amazing.

If you're an adult that still loves action figures along with the simpler things in life, this is the store for you. Great selection of items you wish you could buy when you were younger but couldn't because you didn't have enough money. Now, you have enough money but you don't have any time to play.
