We had an amazing experience at Hello Kia. Arlynne was super sweet and helpful through our car buying experience. She also had great communication and answered all of the questions we had. By the time we entered the building, she greeted us, the car we were interested in was gassed up and ready for us to take on a test drive, she listened to our needs and stayed within our budget. We are so happy with our purchase, which was a 2016 Used Honda Accord. I highly recommend buying your next new or used vehicle through them. It was such a positive experience for me and my husband!

Came here to get a new car and had great service! My daughter was getting a bit inpatient and Jose gave her one of these snack boxes which she loved! Helped keep her happy for the rest of the time and he also provided some coloring pages and colored pencils for her to be entertained. Excellent customer service and pricing is the best I could find in southern California. The service manager, Jose Lopez and service rep Grant Garcia went beyond the extra mile to find me the exact car and features and color that I wanted. The purchase process was smooth and easy and fast, yet thorough, for purchasing a car. They were able to match my trade in price. The car was presented in perfect order, clean and with fuel. The best car buying experience! Daisy was my sales rep, she was very friendly, nice, and helpful. Kyle was the sales manager, Marcelle was the finance manager. I walked in and was out the door in less than 3 hours. This dealership plays no games, they are honest and upfront, no dealer markups. They were reasonable and fair with my trade-in amount. I did not have to argue or negotiate anything. It was a very respectful transaction.
