Got my first paintball setup here. Staff was very patient with all my questions and ended up with really good gear. Would recommend to anyone looking for a one stop shop for paint balling and air-soft gear. Vic was really helpful

The best store in SoCal. You can try anything on, look at all the orients first hand and walk out with them. They have fresh paint and air fills too. Ask for Sean, dude helped me pick out items by showing me different options.

Great company, great products, and even better customer service. I was buying my sons first set so he could begin paintballing, and they had the gun I was looking for at the price point I needed. We received the order fast. Found out a couple of days before the delivery that I had ordered the wrong type of tank and mask. Called their customer support line and spoke to Brad. He helped me find the right tank and mask to swap it out. I sent the old ones back, and the new ones came a few days later. That's A++ customer support. Thank you, Brad, for all the help you made a kids birthday the best he's had. I will ANS to everyone.

Andrew helped me out and did a phenomenal job of explaining the leap in products since I last played 10+years ago. Parts for my older marker and new gear. It was a great experience.

I had an item ordered that was out of stock. They let me switch to similar one that had slightly higher price but they didn't charge me. The guy accidentally only shipped me one of them even tho I ordered 2. I emailed about it and they had one rush shipped to me, which wasn't necessary but showed they cared about inconvenience to me. Product selection is great and they have videos for many products so u really know what you're buying. They're doing things right

I come here for airsoft guns and gear every now and then. I’ve always been greeted and satisfied by the staff but, Nick is THE MAN. He’s so very helpful with all of my questions and makes sure everything is working perfectly before selling any products. Very nice to have good service for airsoft so local.

First of all, I love Ansgear! I like to buy my paintball stuff there regularly. If only we had such a fantastic shop in Germany. Unfortunately, with my last order, I was not sent the Push Unite mask, which was shown in the picture. On the product pictures, the mask has a golden grid inside. Mine is just black inside. It's extremely annoying because I wanted the mask precisely because of this effect from the mouth area. I pay a lot of money for shipping and customs, as I live in Germany and then the wrong mask will be delivered to me. It's a pity that packaging does not check whether the correct item is in the case.

Ansgear is top unbelievable what a fantastic customer service is the order of the day there! I am simply thrilled and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the fast and uncomplicated spare parts delivery. You are just TOP!
