Best Buy

I came to this Best Buy to pick up my online order. I had some reward dollars to use before it expires in July so I pick this location to pick up the 2032 battery. This Best Buy is near my work office so that's why I pick it and I was already familiar with the area since I went to other stores in the same plaza. I came when they just open and they were not busy. Some people were there to pick up their final fantasy game but I just walked to the store pickup line and they give me my item. I was curious to see what they have here so I decided to walk around the store. I went to the computer accessories area to see what Corsair stuff they have. They seem to be pretty well stocked because they had a lot of Corsair, Logitech, Steelseries, Razer and
Hyperx products. The staff were nice, I was greeted at the entrance and he told me where the store pickup line was.

I went in to get some headphones for my flight home. Dean assisted and guided me through the different options and I’m very happy with the service that he provided. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

The best deals in town on Apple products and especially their phone covers and chargers. I love this store. It’s always neat clean the manager excellent customer service, Alan has excellent customer service skills, patient, extremely knowledgeable. I love my purchases.

Right off the #23 at First. Great service, I was in and out within 5 minutes. Lots of parking, very easy to find. I looked up the item before coming, so I was basically in and out.

As usual, Best Buy has some first rate hardware and software along with some top-notch sales and the convenience of a walk-in store so that you can actually look at what you're planning to buy.

I picked up a new HP Envy on sale with a 12th gen Core i7 to make room for the 13th gen Core i7s and i9s.

It's a great little Windows 11 Home machine with a wireless keyboard and mouse permanently paired with a Bluetooth USB dongle.

After installing my Logitech G910 keyboard it does everything that I need from a desktop computer that can synchronize with my Dell i5 laptop (also purchased at Best Buy a few years ago) and my shiny new Android smarter-than-me phone.

Eventually I'll have to replace my old HP monitor that's approaching end-of-life for its lighting element and Best Buy is where I'll go to find another monitor.

Came in Monday 3/4/22, around 2pm. Tv guy was really helpful and gave us more than service, knowledge. Helped us make a great decision on a good TV at a good price and with a good sound bar. Thanks best buy!

I was trying to make a purchase online for a surprise birthday gift and I was having difficulty accessing my account.
I called the store and spoke with Trey and he stayed on the phone with me and work with me for over an hour to close this deal

What an amazing level of customer service.

Looking for small photo adapter and young man Asiah was very helpful and polite. He took the time to Explain how it works and offered me a membership to save money in the future.

Went in to pick up 2 separate orders without any difficulty whatsoever.

I bought something and inadvertently misplaced my best buy card in my purse. The associate and the manager were so kind . They both assisted me by looking around for the card where I checked out. Finally I found it buried in my purse. I was quite embarrassed but they treated me with respect, I appeciated the great service.

Newly remodeled and looks great. Almost every department has been revamped.

It best but they have come a long way.

My experience at Best Buy was excellent I want to buy a Sony Bass wireless speaker the price was $249 I talked to one of the staff workers about the speaker he told me the speaker was on sale two weeks ago I told him if I still can't get the special still he told me he was going to talk to the manager and when he came back he told me yes I only paid $149 he was polite and helpful I do recommend to shop here that guy name was Mike got a great deal I'm happy thank you Best Buy I'm going to make this store my favor to come back and shop here often

GREAT customer service. The staff are super helpful. Obviously the items in Best Buy are amazing, but the service is what keeps us coming back to this location. Not too long ago our dryer burnt out, without thinking twice, we went to Best Buy and bought a washer and dryer only to realize (before it was delivered) that it wasn't going to fit; they processed the return without any hesitation. They also do price match.

The other day I went in to see the Geek Squad, but I didn't make an appointment. They helped set me up with an appointment within a few hours. I purchased an item during that visit, and then also purchased another item when I returned for my Geek Squad appointment, and the person who was helping me acknowledged in the most sincere way, "great to see you, again". He didn't act as if I was just another customer rolling through the process, I don't know why, but I just really appreciated that.

Only giving Jonathan, the General Manager a 5 star review. Came in with a return and although I was unable to return my lens i left with a great experience with him. He provided top notch service and BEST BUY is lucky to have him as a representative of the company. The sneaky return policy on a lens is questionable but again nothing to do with him.

It seems to me that Best Buy has stepped up its game with regards to customer focus. I stopped shopping at Best Buy a few years ago when I continued to leave there feeling like the employees were just passing the time there and had no interest at all in helping customers. I wrongly predicted the demise if another Big Box brand.

Surprise, surprise, when my wife started shopping around for new kitchen appliances and ended up inviting a Best Buy In-Home Consultant into our home to take measurements for the double oven and cooktop.

The In-Home Consultant, Kenny B., was everything about a service rep you would want. He showed up for he appointment exactly on time, he was extremely professional and courteous. He not only made the measurements, but he was also able to set up the orders for the appliances. He contacted the local brick and mortar Best Buy and arranged for our very organized transaction. The in-store staff were expecting us and knew all about our order. We were able to use the two week old Black Friday prices on the purchase of these major appliances. The transaction went flawlessly. We left completely satisfied.

I will shop there again when I'm ready for a new refrigerator next year.
