AT&T Store

Went in to upgrade my phone but I wasn’t looking forward to the hassle but thanks to Alissa and Linda I had a great time. They got my phone up and running and helped me save money on my phone and cable bill, I’ll be back to this store just for them. Please someone give them a raise and some well deserved time off. Everyone I recommend this store just be nice and they will be nice back (treat people like you would like to be treated).

Everyone in this store has been so nice and helpful with any billing issues that have come up on my plan. Linda is always very knowledgeable and helpful, and Anthony is a great customer service rep and really went above and beyond to help me when an error happened on my bill. I highly recommend this location for any of your AT&T needs.

Aida and her team at the Simi Valley store were unbelievably helpful. After going to other multiple locations for a simple return/exchange, this was the only location to help. They were friendly and made the process simple. I will continue to bring my business back to this location.

I had multiples phone trade-ins for holiday gift purchases made before Xmas. Katrina at the Simi Valley Town Center location made the process amazingly smooth by being very informative and with hands on guidance of how to secure all our data from the old devices. I did not have an appointment so had to wait about 40 minutes to speak to a representative. Alissa greeted me with a kind smile, and was so efficient and helpful that I decided it was worth the wait just to be able to speak with her. Alissa answered all of my questions, and was even able to save me a little money by converting my old mobile family plan to a new one. I’ve always liked this store location and I’m grateful they hire good people.

Wow, where do I even start? My experience at this AT&T store was nothing short of amazing, all thanks to Lilith. She was the epitome of professionalism, patience, and thoughtfulness.

Lilith took the time to really understand what my family and I needed. She didn't just try to upsell us; instead, she found a plan that actually saved us hundreds of dollars. It's not every day you come across someone who genuinely wants to help you out.

If you're in the market for a new phone, plan, or just some honest advice, do yourself a favor and ask for Lilith. Thanks again!

Karina was incredibly patient and helpful. The manager (did not catch her name) was also very helpful. One of the main reasons we stick with AT&T and in particular why we go to this store is that they are always very helpful even with complex changes (e.g. moving phones from one person / number to another).

I needed help with my ATT account and I very grateful to everyone there at the ATT Shop in Simi Town Center Simi Valley CA.

Anthony was very patient and helpful in setting up two phones for my In-Laws today.

Karina was extremely helpful and resolved my issue promptly and efficiently. She has been the most helpful associate I have encountered at an AT&T store.

One suggestion for the store is to bring on more staff as they seemed to have several others waiting awhile.

as i write this review, today 09/21/23, we are still sitting in the lobby waiting to be greeted by the manager with whom we had an appointment at 11:30am. It is currently 12:30pm

The store manager who came out to help us after the long wait was absolutely charming, empathetic, and incredibly helpful. Changed the review from 1 star to 5 stars without a second thought! Massive kudos to the store manager for being able to turn a negative experience into a positive one!

Had 1 of 2 Esim numbers stop working for no apparent reason. Came into the Simi Valley Town Center location where I met Shane who brought the ATT tech support center into the problem solving process. However, tech support said it was an IOS update issue and I could never use both ESIM’s at the same time. Shane didn’t give up on me and researched the issue refusing to stop until he got both numbers working. Shane was was successful and I highly encourage everyone to use their online appt calendar to set an appt & experience their amazing customer service at this location first hand!

Alissa was amazing. She did a tremendous job setting up my S24. Overall the Alissa and staff were terrific 👌

Karina was excellent!
She resolved our porting difficulties and smoothed the transition to AT&T.
She was patient as well as helpful.

Everytime I come in, I am always greeted immediately and taken care of. Anytime I have a hard time with apple I come into AT&T and have my issues all fixed

Nairy Shahbaz, you’re amazing customer support. Before coming to you, I was in a calls with customer care for almost 5 hours in 2 days. You did it in 2 mins. Thank you and please keep up the work like you do. I see that most of the att customer support are trying skip/ avoid looking into the issue but you’re very helpful. Thanks again.
