This Simi Valley pet superstore is pretty good for all your pet needs. From furry critters, avians, reptiles, fish, cats and dogs, you can usually find what you need at this one-stop pet shopping experience. Self dog wash facilities, a doggie day camp, pet grooming, veterinary care, pet training, and an adoption center they pretty much have it all. A clean store with friendly and helpful staff you’re sure to find any pet essentials.

Pet Smart grooming is the best!! I took my pup Biscuit & she came back the happiest and cleanest ever! She was groomed by Carly Zaremba, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! Super nice and caring towards my dog’s needs and even sent her home with the most precious pink bows in each of her ears :,) We will definitely be back!!

The employees are knowledgeable and are quick to help. They are also friendly.

Leeloo gets a little bit nervous at the groomers sometimes, but Carly made her feel very comfortable as soon as she greeted us. Carly always does a wonderful and thorough job with Leeloo and leaves very sweet remarks :) Leeloo would love to come back and see Carly again next time! Thank you!

Pups had a great bath, Self serve Organic Wash and Conditioner is a great option. No more crawling on the around, $15 each is a bargin and attentive staff made everything so easy!

Note; Do bring additional towels, cotton for ears, Flea shampoo if needed and old collar to get wet. We brought 4 extra beach towels to put on floor and in SUV extra, you can never have enough towels.

I recently visited the Petsmart store in Simi Valley and was blown away by the helpfulness of the store manager Julie. From the moment I walked in the door and met her, she made sure that we will be a returning customer and accommodated all of our needs.

Overall, my experience at Petsmart was top-notch specially with their manager. I will definitely be returning for all of my pet's needs in the future.

10+ Customer Service and knowledge is a perfect combination and clean and attractive store made our first time visit perfect.

Have large selection of pet supplies for good prices, often comparable to Target prices. They will honor the online prices if you show them when in the store. Can order online and pick up your order or have it brought out. Also offer treat reward points which can be saved and used to take money off or can be donated. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. Huge selection of reptile food/supplies. Alway clean and organised.

Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! It makes me feel comfortable to shop for things I need but also to ask questions about products that I'm unfamiliar with. The day I went in, a vendor representative for Blue was there and she helped me find the best food for my dog, so helpful!

It's not busy and has friendly staff

Always easy to find stuff. My most recent visit was fantastic, the gentleman that helped us with our fish shopping was the most patience guy that has every helped us. They're usually rushing lol

Very nice and helpful staff. I asked a girl about training for my dog and she didn't know all the details, but she told me what she could and then directed me to someone that knew more and also informed him of what she had already told me so I wouldn't have to hear everything again. Also, my puppy got excited and peed and the cashier totally didn't make a big deal at all, she cleaned it up and continued playing with her.
