Omg ms Ashley greeted me and offered to assist me with the service I needed as soon as I walked in their store. Ashley so patiently met every need I needed to get my iPhone service up and running especially because this is my first time using iPhones. I literally didn’t have to do anything. I’m so thankful because I was highly depressed and unable to function, so her service her patience her skills her knowledge was such a blessing to my stressful day.

Gross man in black jacket was highly inappropriate with me, while lying grey tshirt guy tried forcing me to get a new line when I just wanted to upgrade one phone on my family plan. Tried charging $800-900 for a phone upgrade when advertising says $49.99 with upgrade. Black jacket guy kept creeping up behind me and kept calling me sweetie in a very creepy way. I dashed out and was super UPSET! I don't feel safe going in their again.

Not sure what happened to Metro PCS but worth every penny of cost to leave them!

Spent almost 3 hours just getting a phone the sales man isn’t very good at tryna make commission bc I saw right through his salesmen ways he would tell me one price then say another price way more then I had to go to atm bc he processed my transaction wrong and couldn’t fix it I would never return here
