AT&T Store

This store has excelled in providing exceptional service. A remarkably professional associate went above and beyond to assist me in finding the precise item I was looking for. Unlike other experiences at different stores, she not only asked me if I’d like to have a seat, but she actually went to the shelf to retrieve the glass screen protector I needed. Throughout, she engaged in genuine conversation, showing interest in my needs and well-being, and even shared a compliment. Not only did she provide top-notch service promptly, but she also made the entire experience personal and delightful. With associates like Akia, AT&T truly stands out. I'm greatly impressed and will undoubtedly return to this store for any future needs.

DO NOT GO to the AT&T Store on Quivera Road, I had a guy there completely scam me (told me one thing for a plan, then sold me completely different plans and added phone insurance I didn’t ask for, and didn’t give me any of my account information to be able to get in properly).

These guys however took care of the chaos the other store created and got me sorted out.

I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T Store located at 6595 W 119th St, Leawood, KS 66209. The customer service I received was exceptional. As soon as I arrived, an employee, whose name begins with “A”, greeted me warmly and helped me activate my new phone. She efficiently transferred all the information from my old phone to the new one. What impressed me the most was her multitasking abilities, as she was also assisting two other customers simultaneously without compromising the quality of service. She provided professional, courteous, and friendly attention, which made me feel valued as a customer. She provided exemplary service. I had to make a very important call to make and my phone was obviously out of commission. She went so far as to let me use her personal phone. That was an act of personal kindness and super commitment to her customer. Later, I discovered that she is a manager at the store, and a super representative. Even when I returned two days later to turn in my old phone, I received excellent assistance from another employee named Connor. He patiently listened to my questions and answered them thoroughly, displaying both knowledge and efficiency. He was not only professional but also incredibly kind, explaining and showing me what he was doing as he completed the process of 'erasing' my trade-in phone. He had me on my way in less than ten minutes.

Aileen was exceptional in helping me this past weekend. She was knowledgeable, understanding and kept me in the loop as too how long it would take for me to make the transfer to my new phone. She was very accommodating and will go back and ask for her if I need additional assistance in the future. Thank you!

Just left AT&T store in Lenexa and the service was excellent! Both Christian and Jesus went the extra extra mile for me. They explained everything so well and thought of things to tell me that I really needed to know. How thorough and patient everyone in that store was. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Conner who initially helped me, and explained my current plan I have with AT&T. He was outstanding as well. Thank you AT&T sore at 119th in Lenexa.

We came into AT&T and Kosi and Anthony we extremely receptive and helpful. And resolved our billing concerns and refunded our account. He also helped us with other concerns. We thank them very much!!!

If you’re looking for somewhere to trade in your phone or switch to AT&T fiber, THIS IS THE PLACE. I can’t stress enough how much of a help the whole team was and a special shout out to Taylor for being so extremely patient with me. He did not fail to help me with everything that I needed and the whole process was so quick and easy.

Kosi went WAY above and beyond what many customer service people do. I had some complicated requests today with my father's business account that were stressful but Kosi was able to fix ALL OF THEM! I am extremely grateful for his help! The store was very nice and clean, we arrived about 5:00 and we're immediately greeted and taken care of. Just can't say enough great things about this store and it's employees. It was nice it was in same building as a new Starbucks as well. I'll definitely return to this store for future help and new AT&T phones & devices. Thank you Kosi!

This is the second time we've had a great experience at this store. No long waiting and the employees were very helpful and informative. Jesus was so great and was very patient with us. He did an awesome job.

Jesus the store manager was amazing! We signed up for fiber and Direct TV Stream thru them and he even came to my house twice to help me finish setting up my tvs! Great customer service from him and his team!

I had the best experience today visiting this AT&T location. I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare of an issue since December. Without going in to all the details, I have been paying for a phone that should have been free with my trade-in, but many things got screwed up along the way on AT&Ts end.

After months of phone calls that led to nowhere, I decided to visit a store, as a last ditch effort. Justin, the manager, actually listened to my saga, digested it, and took action right away, along with Brea (assistant manager). They made multiple calls, and spent their time making sure there was a solution.

I was more than satisfied with my experience and the resolution. I can also tell that Justin, in particular, is a great manager. He shows a lot of patience, critical thinking, and actually listens to the customer as well as his employees.

I will be visiting this location for all future AT&T purchases or issues.

Jesus helped me upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 14 pro max. The store is stocked well. I really appreciate his help. Jesus was of great help. I had a great experience with him and I hope other ATT representatives could learn from him. Thank you Jesus!

Nothing but great things to say about this store! It was our first time ever going to an AT&T store, and Jesus was super helpful and knowledgeable. He acknowledged us immediately and was quick to get us taken care of. Thanks for a great experience!

Customer service was great they had no issue with helping me out with anything I needed. There was a young man named Kosi that helped me find an ipad pro for my granddaughter with not problems. Definitely will be back!

Govani was awesome! Helped us save a ton on our monthly bill and helped explain everything thoroughly. Ask for him and he will get you taken care of.

Great experience there every time we go! This time was no different. Nicole was very informative on all my options when purchasing a new phone for my son. The other two gentleman working with her as well were very pleasant when working with customers. Another plus is I wasn't there all day waiting . In and out.

The process took a little longer than I'm used to, but the young man helping me (Chase) warned me ahead of time that he was new and learning. He worked very hard to help me with what knowledge he did have and asked for help from co-workers when needed. I was very impressed and he did an excellent job. He really put all his effort into helping me and I hope he was able to learn knew things. I was super happy overall and definitely believe it was a 5-start experience!
