If you've never tried the Slip-ins, you are missing something spectacular. Not only do you NOT have to bend over to put them on, or hike up your leg to get them to fit properly, all you have to do is slide your toes in, and step down. It's that easy. What a fantastic experience. I usually leave shoe stores in tears because I can't find anything that works for me due to my plantar fasciitis, a severe bunion, and different sized feet. But Aandra was an ANGEL. She was polite, pleasant, helpful... She checked in on me and even offered suggestions. It took me over an hour to find a pair of shoes, but I only stayed in the store that long because she was there. Her excellent customer service helped keep my anxiety down and helped me keep looking and trying new things. (And she didn't know about any of my issues!) But she was patient and just so wonderful. I know I tried on almost every shoe in my size! You do not want to lose her! Promote her!

the young lady working was busy with customers but not too busy to measure and check to see if the shoes fit my granddaughter perfectly. She helped locate the correct size and was very patient with us when we had shoes out of the boxes all mixed up on the floor. The price was beyond excellent and the shoes are perfect.

Staff was very helpful. I had to return my original purchase for a different size. I had no issues exchanging for the correct size.

I love this outlet. I almost can always find shoes I love on their clearance rack, really nice stuff at 30 to 70% off. We go here to get our daughters school shoes, we can afford more than 1 pair at a time. And the staff is usually pretty friendly

Honestly my first time being in an outlet store for a particular brand of shoes. The Skechers store was what I expected of a shoe department store with more options than I even knew what to look at. I still didn't find exactly what I walked in for (new shoe style and all) but I still found a great buy for walking.

I had a problem with the boots I purchased. I took them back to the store, and was helped by Assistant Manager Cosby. She was very kind and courteous. She did not hesitate to solve my problem. She even had to go to the back of the store and go through inventory to find the certain size of boot I wear. The whole time she helped me she had a smile on her face and did not hesitate to check on me to make sure I was alright after she brought out different pairs of shoes for me to try on. Cosby is a very valuable asset to that store, and I would recommend asking for her if you have any issues.

I always get my work shoes here, they have a very large assortment of non slip shoes and boots. I also wear a lot of the casual shoes as well.
