Mitch, the assistant manager for Best Buy in Overland Park, Kansas, is the ultimate professional. He is Mr. BEST BUY. Mitch assisted his team last night and helped me purchase a new camera set up for my son. Then today, we had to bring the camera in for a minor issue. Keith and his associate pictured went above and beyond to make sure our issues were solved. I have over 27 million individual views on my Google Maps reviews. I give this BEST BUY 5 stars. If I could give them ten, I would.

My husband and I recently went to this Best Buy store location to look at new dishwashers, refrigerators and televisions. The staff there was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the selection of products. We will definitely be making our purchases at this store. A special shoutout to Eric, Alec, Nick, Justin, and Nathan for all your help and expertise!!

Had to wait a bit for some help. But once I got help, they were very informative & helpful. Years back, it was frustrating to go to best buy because 9 times out of 10, the staff new way less about my topics than I already knew. This time I had a great experience!

Disabled and Wheelchair Available Parking and Entryway. Staff available in the store to assist and answer questions. Well lighted, clean and wide aisles. It's an electronic ocean. It carries a wide range of gadgets, including  televisions, mobile phones, household appliances, computers, sound systems, Bluetooth headphones and earphones, phones, and prepaid sim cards,, as well as mobile cases and screen guards. It offers polite customer service, competent staff, and dependable products. On all products, it has fantastic deals. The store accepts online ordering, curbside pickup, and in-store purchases. It offers a price match service that is quite advantageous to the customers.

I had to return a laptop that was not working correctly.
Best Buy only has a 14 day return policy on technology that has to be activated such as a laptop.

I got it there with a day or so to spare. Young man at the counter only asked necessary information, asked for my pin number to erase all info that I had put on laptop, returned the purchase amount to my charge card in less than 5 minutes.

THAT is how you handle a return or faulty product. I will continue to shop here, makes you feel like they hear you. No problem, no hassles, just did his job.

Typical Best Buy experience. They did not have the particular cable I was looking for. They greeted me at the door and offered to help me find what I was looking for.

Staff was very helpful in locating some printer cartridges that I needed badly. They didn't have but recommended another place. Great customer service!!

We walked in and waited a few minutes for service. We'd done research at home so knew what we needed. It took longer to research than buy. Delivery was great too, very nice young men.

The store was clean, well lit and we were greeted with a smile as we entered the door. I’m not an expert when it comes to electronics; we received fantastic advice from multiple employees in different sections of the stores. Best Buy is still great place to buy electronics, especially if you’d like some help in deciding what’s best for you needs.

We always get great service. The guy who helped us today took us straight to the register and helped us check out. I like it.
