Good selection of things homeowners in surrounding neighborhoods actually use, need and want. Someone is always willing to help find just what I'm looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful no matter who is working. It's a great local hardware store.

Bravo Euston! Thanks to Tom (original Tom who has been there the longest, apparently there are three in total) and Cindy I was able to acquire a M10 x 1.0 die for repairing a thread on my moped crankshaft. This is after calling Home Depot, Lowes, visiting an ACE Hardware and calling another, no other hardware store had it on hand except for Euston. I am incredibly impressed at the availability in store so that I could make the repair on my cherished Maxi Sport and get it back on the road TODAY. The aspect that is equally impressive to the availability of the part is that I received a high five upon the purchase of this rare item! What an excellent experience.

Phil is our hero for keeping our Stihl products running. $30/hr labor is a very reasonable cost for his awesome skills. They actually put a brand new concrete saw out for rental yesterday that is tempting me.

In response to the previous past about people not wearing masks; Phil and the other gentleman wore bandanas to keep themselves safe.

I have never had a bad experience here but today's was just special.
Typically after Thanksgiving I just so do not like being anywhere near anything retail.

Went in today for a specific little project, needing little nuts and bolts and had so much incredible help from the man at that counter this morning. He was actually friendly, helpful and excited about helping as he stated he was fairly new and learning where everything else was himself. I kept returning to his aisle where he was working anytime I had a question as I know he was invested in a customer's experience.

Not to sell other staff short the lady at the checkout was insanely friendly, happy and just made this pre-xmas shopping visit to a retail location positive.

Great little hardware store. They rent hand and power tools.

A great neighborhood store, locally owned and operated. Are you going to go here if you are building a house and need lumber? Probably not. It is exactly what it says it is in the name, it’s a hardware store. The people are always friendly and they have mostly everything that you need for the house and yard. They service Stihl products as well with pretty quick turn around times. Support the little guy once in a while and keep much needed places like Euston Hardware in our neighborhoods!

I often save up hardware store errands so I can get them all done at this location. Have always had at least 1 employee, often more than 1, ask if I need assistance. Staff is chipper and selection is good. I personally prefer a shopping experience like this over wandering around a big box store. Here I get it and go and don't leave defeated, unlike what happens when I go to a "depot" of any kind ;)

Very nice people that work there. Very helpful. I have been looking for crepemyrtle plants for awhile. I found the last 2, just what I wanted and on sale. Perfect. I found a couple of other items I will be going back to get.

Good place to go. People there are always willing to help out. The associates working there are very knowledgeable. The gentleman in the back working in the light fixtures and plumbing knows his area well. If you don't know something ask, he will help you out as the others working there. They are customer friendly. Come check them out!!

Best customer services anywhere and I used to do the same at Home Depot's.and took pride in it but EVERYONE, was equally helpful and personable yet not chatty! So I got in and out and because there were so many so helpful from the front to the back I found they had 5 more items that I needed and would never have guessed they would be there. Also prices are better than most.

Consistently the best shopping experience. The staff are always helpful and happy. The selection is great. The staff have helped order additional items and carried heavy bags of seed to car. Additionally returns were a breeze, I had purchased the wrong size hardware. This place is great, I am confident spending my money here.

Great local hardware store. Decent selection of hardware and very friendly neighbors to help you find whatever you need.
They have an outdoor garden section, paint, tools, rental equipment like augers, snakes, lawn equipment, even chainsaws and leaf blowers.

Employees are readily available and knowledgeable (or they'll radio for someone in the store who has the expertise that I need).

It is a VERY different experience than at Lowe's, which I have walked out of empty-handed because I couldn't find something that they had and there was no employee to help. Been going to Euston's at least once a month since they opened. Always been helped.

I just had to have two lamps repaired and Tom at Euston's did a fantastic job at a VERY reasonable cost. I brought the first lamp in on Saturday in the late afternoon and received a call on Monday morning around 9:00 that it was repaired! I was so impressed with his work, but, more importantly, with his customer service! As a result, I will be back..... and not just for lamp repairs but for all hardware needs! Great service!

I love having a well stocked, locally owned, friendly neighborhood store; within walking distance also! Sure they are priced a little higher on some items than the big box stores that took over America. But...I’d rather pay a little more anytime than just be a body waiting in a long line to increase the profits of some company in Arkansas, Georgia, NC, etc.

This store has the best customer service in Kansas City, hands down. You can't walk through the store without 3 or 4 people greeting you and asking if you need help. (It's is a FAR cry from Home Depot, which is like an employee ghost town.) Plus, at Euston Hardware, they know their stuff. (Again, a far cry from the big box stores.) Five stars!

Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! They go the extra mile to help me find what I need quickly! Today one of the staff changed the battery on my electric car key with speed and diligence. Why go anywhere else??

My wife and I recently moved to Armour Hills, so I've been making a lot of trips to Euston. The employees are helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable. Easy experience. They open at 8am which makes it easy to grab stuff before work and not fight the weekend crowds.

Great store, really nice and helpful staff, very good prices, all the basics you'd need for home DIY projects, and an impressive selection of spray paint and fasteners. Anything they don't have, they are happy to order in for you.
