They had amazing sales! The cashier's were extremely friendly especially during the holiday crazy. The store was well stocked and very organized. The fitting rooms were well kept and the doors locked. Great store! I will be going again

As always during this time, Kohls has excellent offers for the start of classes, not only for high school, but also for university... in short, my favorite store.

The store was bright and cheerful, very clean and tidy. The person at checkout was kind and helpful. It had been a long time since I had been inside a Kohl’s Store. I will return, it was a pleasurable experience.

They were having a big sale, and there were lots of great things at great prices, and even though there was a very long line at check out, they moved through it very quickly, and our cashier was perfectly delightful

Clearance sales are the ONLY way to p/u quality clothing. I purchased 4 shirts (Under Armour, Izod and Adidas) and saved $175 . I paid $55 total,,,,,The checkout lady I like to use is very personable.

The cashiers are always so friendly and comment on what you've purchased and how great your savings were. They are very helpful in applying all your savins options.

Turns out Kohl's doesn't take back Macy's items. LOL, the clerk working returns was a good sport and Uber friendly!! Made me wish I had bought the shoes from Kohl's. LoL would have saved me embarrassment. Btw, there is a farmers Market over by The pre-mentioned store on Saturdays. Bet they would have your farm fresh eggs! 🥚🐓

I found exactly what I was looking for and a few other items, and at great prices at Kohl's in Overland Park. While the clothing can get a bit unorganized (unfolded or hung up in the wrong place) at times due to customers searching for things, the store has has a great selection of merchandise at prices significantly below that of other deptment stores.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the time I entered the store, we was greeted, helped by several associates with my online pick-up order, also the Amazon associate was kind and offered assistance.

If you go to the Kohl’s off 115th and Metcalf, I hope you get to be served by Joyce at the checkout stand. Her upbeat attitude and gorgeous smile just makes you feel good.
