Sample size of two visits, but quite happy with the account/tech support help here. Also much better cell service in my little corner of the world than my Google Fi phone had.

Long story short, I should have gone to this store to switch my phone over to ATT instead of buying the prepaid sim from ATT online. It would have saved me the separate trip to Littleton to get help.

I'm at least halfway tech savvy, but after a night of frustration trying to activate my phone, I gave up and stopped at the Littleton store. Kristin was able to troubleshoot my issues, offer suggestions, and eventually get my phone activated on the number I wanted. Thanks!

Happy with my experiences here and if i need anything ATT consumer wireless, I'll stop here first instead of shopping online.

The workers were incredibly friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. The fraud department was giving us a hard time for no reason. Brook and Remington, were supportive.

Was supposed to be an easy return and reorder but has now turned into multiple day and multiple trip process with no resolution. Being the North Country it is not a quick trip down the road. Talked with Brooke "the manager" (multiple times now) and she has been less than helpful both times. Asked to speak with her manager, we will see where that gets me and how long it takes for a return phone call, if at all. Clearly customer service/satisfaction is not their forte.

2 weeks ago, my wife complained about the terrible customer service. Well, we're still waiting for this phone exchange. It's clearly an issue from above Brooke because her manager, Harley, I believe, is even worse. She was supposed to bring the correct phone to the store multiple times now, and we still haven't seen it or heard from Brooke or Harley.

On June 8, 2023, I visited your ATT store in Littleton, NH to have switch services to your company, and inquired about adding my husband to my account, in the future, because he was undecided on switching cell phone providers at this time. ATT representative, Brooke, looked into seeing if my husband's phone was compatible with your services, and she informed us that it incompatible. Later, on that very same day, my husband tried to use his phone, but was unable, ATT was his new carrier, which he never agreed to switching, and spent hours switching his phone back to his previous carrier. After consulting with my husband, I decided to remain with my current cell phone provider, so I called ATT store in Littleton , NH, and cancelled my services on June 10, 2023. June 28, I received a bill from ATT on the amount of $146.24, services on my husband's phone number, which was never authorized. I called ATT customer service, and the agent I spoke to directed me to go back to the ATT store and have it cancelled there.

June 28, 2023, I went to ATT store, and spoke with ATT agent, Brooke, and she informed me that the my phone that I ordered was still in the and has never been returned. I therefore, informed Brooke that I cancelled my services, and I was never instructed to specifically request to return the phone, and it should have automatically returned when I cancelled services. Brooke told me that she was unable to resolve the charges on the ATT statement, and that I had to call an ATT resolve the charges and cancel the account that was on my husband's phone number. I called ATT while I was at the store, and spent forty minutes trying to solve unauthorized charges that was on my husband's phone number, and finally the agent told me that the account was cancelled and she would eliminate the charges on the statement. When I requested a email confirmation of the cancellation, the ATT representative over the phone informed me that she was unable to email confirmation.

July 8, 2023 I received another bill in the amount of 153.24. I'm requesting immediate resolution to this above matter of unauthorized charges, and confirmation of cancellation

Went in for an upgrade. Once the financial stuff was completed, I was slid a sealed phone without it being turned on or sim card inserted. This is a basic function of a phone sales store! I asked the rep to atleast put the sim card in the phone so I can verify it works. When I got home, they added a $17 protection plan without asking me. I had to cancel it when I got home. I understand if it's a new crew but this should be looked into.

I purchased an IPhone 14 Pro about 3 weeks ago from the Littleton, NH ATT store. I also purchased a screen protector, case, and camera protector. The store is brand new and the gentlemen I dealt with was very nice and applied all the accessories to my phone before I left the store. Fast forward 3 weeks and I drop my phone for the first time. The case and screen protector worked but the camera protector failed and popped off. It cannot be put back on because the adhesive is now dirty. I went to the store to get it replaced and the manager asked me how I wanted to pay for it. Ummm…I’m not paying for it, I’m exchanging the one that failed. Her response was I can’t just give you one for free to which I replied, you’re not, you’re replacing the one that I purchased from you that failed. She then told me I must’ve put it on wrong…noooo, the employee put it on wrong. She then said that she has the same one and has dropped her phone a number of times and it hasn’t fallen off. MY POINT EXACTLY…mine is defective please replace it with a non-defective one. Response…No I can’t do that. I asked to speak to the manager…I am the manager. Ok let me speak to your manager…I can’t give you his phone number. Ok call him…he’s in Mexico. Ok call his manager… he’s in Mexico too. Ok call the President of the company…I don’t know who that is. Give me the customer service number…Call 611 from your phone. Spoke with a very nice women… unfortunately she can only deal with iPhone and service plan issues. There is nobody to deal with accessory issues. End result the Littleton, NH ATT store ripped me off. Don’t go there, go to whichever other one is closest to you.

Upgraded online to pick up in store early afternoon. Never heard anything other than confirmation email that my order went through. Stopped by the store at 6:00 to check and was told the store closed at 6 (posted hours are until 7) and that they weren’t open again until Monday and didn’t have any order from me. Employee then walked away and ignored me until I walked out. Submitted the order a second time, we’ll see what happens now. Both order statuses say they’re good so not sure what’s going on.
