Well organized and stocked.
Very helpful staff, especially Stephen G. In the appliance department; he was above and beyond; we appreciated his help, time and expertise!

We had a washer and dryer delivered and it was perfect; Zack and Sebastian were awesome; they loaded the 2 machines exactly how we wanted them with diligence and care and they gave us instructions on how to run them (run the drier for 1 hour to burn off manufacturing fumes) and they started it prior to leaving. Really excellent service!

Sanjiv helped me with my online order. He found the items and loaded them on a cart for me while I went to pick up a item in the store. When I came back everything was set and ready for me to go. I checked out quickly with my additional item purchased and was on my way. Great customer service. Thanks Sanjiv!

My water pressure tank failed so I went to Home Depot in Littleton for a replacement tank. JIM helped me find everything I needed to plum up the new tank in just 1 trip to the store! Thank god for JIM! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

I had the absolute worst experience today at Lowe’s Customer Service Department today, Mother’s Day. Not an isolated experience, it has happened many times in the past. Sarcastic, rude, mean. I left in tears and they said sarcastically “ Have a happy Mother’s Day!” Never received that service behavior at Home Department. Will never step foot again in Lowe’s!
05/18/23 UPDATE: I have been in Home Depot Garden Dept. several times. A employee “Lisa” was so kind, helpful and friendly definitely an asset at Home Depot. While walking through the store to find a specific gasket I was approached by 6 employees asking if they could help me find what I needed. That actually astonished me!
Never did that happen in Lowe’s!!!!!!
They are trained well and it shows. Great Customer service will make or break a business. Home Depot is less expensive and has the best customer service than Lowe’s! Thanks Home Depot! Nice Job!

My home away from home depot! Team here is very nice, parking is great and they have almost everything you need. One bad experience with missing garbage can lids, and always being asked if I’m using a HD credit card won’t keep me away. Early morning and late night are my favorite times to visit THD!!

I can't thank Steve enough in appliance. My daughter just bought her first home and my husband and I came from Wisconsin to help her with some home repairs. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for repairs. He knows so much in so many areas and gave us some good ideas.

I would like to commend the following people at the Home Depot in Littleton, NH for the great service we received while at the store. Scott, Keith Jim, Liz and Tina. They were all helpful and courteous with my wife and I. If I ran a business these would be the kind of people I'd want working for me. A Great Team.

I have to give a thumbs up to this store. We were buying shelving for the garage, and few other items. The gentleman that helped us was wonderful. He walked my husband over the isles to find what we wanted, he was friendly and helpful. He chatted with my husband about the caring of wells. Good store with great people

Jim in the plumbing department has helped us so many times. He is super knowledgeable and so helpful! Thanks Jim!!

Friendliest and most helpful HomeDepot I've ever been to. I've never been to a HomeDepot where an associate offers to help a couple of minutes into looking for something, you usually have to chase down someone at other locations. Cashiers are also waiting to help you check out. I'd vote this the #1 HomeDepot in the country.

SR @ customer service desk was a rock star very helpful,very kind,handled multiple customers by himself-Unfortunately they are very understaffed so please have patience with the staff with that said —-all of the staff was very nice and helpful here regardless of the fact that they are running with what I would call a “skeleton crew” - I would highly recommend the store because of their staff!!

Organized. Friendly staff. Quick to help. Bathrooms clean!

If I have a choice between home Depot and their competitor down the road I shop here. Prices are a little better. Every penny counts. Good selection and employees have always been willing to help.

I found an indoor/ outdoor rug for our porch that was just we wanted. We drove to Littleton and had the area we thought it was in within the store. We ran into Bob as we came in and he said there were two options. We took the first option and headed way to the back of the store. The rugs were not indoor/outdoor so we headed back to the front. Bob had been looking for us to tell us we needed to go to the summer items. He apologized for misleading us, we found just we wanted and he gave us a 5% discount for making us walk so far. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.

Knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Was looking for an Armstrong ceiling product. A somewhat difficult product to access. Dan persevered and came up with a way for me to find the product and have it shipped to the Littleton Store. It was an economical way to complete my Reno project and match the ceiling currently in place. Without his assistance, I would have had to replace the entire ceiling in the room. That would have been an expensive and time consuming option. Thank you Dan.

“Scott” at Littleton NH Home Depot deserves both a raise and a promotion. He went out of his way to retrieve this former Marine’s walking cane left in a cart in the parking lot
