Yesterday at 6:00 pm my phone fell and the screen cracked. I walked in to see Erin and Nick at 11:00am. They were amazing. Could not have been nicer. Looked at my account, gave great suggesting, and set up my new phone. Walked out at noon with everything I need. Thank you Erin and Nick for you excellent service.

Katlyn from Littleton Verizon store was soooooo pleasant and easy to work with. I only had to give her a couple of passwords to change from one phone over to my new one and she had it done in an hour. She was extremely personable. She told me I didn’t have to wait if I didn’t want to so I did a little wandering around stores and went back and it was finished. She was wonderful! Be kind to people and they will most generally be kind to you.

Ciara was extremely helpful. She displayed what true customer service is all about. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.

The associates here, specifically Tina and Kate, are very helpful and kind with a great sense of humor. There was a big issue trying to set up the new phones that took hours and they worked hard to fix it and answer any questions along the way. I would recommend this store to to anyone looking to transfer carriers. I am very satisfied with the service received and would definitely come here again if needed.

The last few weeks I have had issues with my outdated iPhone. It was super frustrating! Kate made sure I was all set up with what I was looking for. She even stayed two hours after hours to make sure my husbands phone transferred everything over. It was an absolute pleasure sitting with her while doing this. Typically I would have been a bit anxious to get out of there, we were having such good conversation, I was bummed to leave. Tina does a wonderful job at managing this location and has a fabulous team. I look Forward in dealing with them again, WHEN my phone is messed up and wonky! Thank you Kate! You are great at what you do!

Update!!! Still fabulous. I needed a case for my lovely new phone and Mike helped me out. There was a small mix up with the wrong case being sent and Tina and Cait fixed the issue promptly. They did a great job. Once again thank you all so much!!!

Tina and Cait were absolutely fantastic when dealing with adding 2 lines and activating all 3 phones. I got the new Zfold 5 and it was a hassle for the ladies. I'm so appreciative of everything that they did because it unfortunately took hours to take care of this, not leaving until almost an hour after the store closed.
Absolutely wonderful service by these 2 ladies. I'm very grateful.

We showed up 30 minutes until closing, picking out, setting up kept the team after hours until 7pm. Highly recommend the Verizon store in Littleton NH. A+ service, friendly, personable and professional

This store will take care of you, it's also important to be mindful of how many other people agree that this store is valuable to the consumer. Most big network companies plan on shutting down location stores like this one in order to make every interaction an online experience. I've dealt with the online counterpart of Verizon before, and it doesn't even come close to the service and human understanding that I get from this branch. Make sure version knows this.

Wow! Ciara calmly and clearly diagnosed and explained my problem. She worked with headquarters slowly and effectively to resolve my problem. I had been to another store in NH and they had no clue what to do. There’s another woman with Ciara who has seen this problem many times who knew immediately what the problem was. I’m on vacation and they saved it by getting my phone to work. Best store ever (Littleton, NH).

Absolutely the best Verizon experience I ever had with Caitlin Buder. She is whip smart, relatable & funny, but most of all she knows how to do this sometimes frustrating job. Office was clean. Other staff interacted with each other easily, meaningfully & cooperatively. Great way to spend a few hours instead of wishing you could tear your hair out with nobody looking. A great experience.

I lost an important icon and couldn't get it back. I stopped in, was helped immediately and the problem was resolved. I wish I got the name of the woman who helped me. She was sitting on the right at the back counter. Thank you so much! This is a great Verizon store!

Love this store. Tina is a gem, supporting customers, staff and training all at the same time. She literally saved the last 20 years of my information when a well meaning Verison phone representative accidentally wiped all of my information. I had an e-sim and that was deleted as well. I am not bashing Verison customer service but you can’t beat the in-person service here. I am glad I bought my last there phones here.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the team in Littleton NH. My phone screen was cracked and I was unable to view anything except flickers here and there. Not only did they stay after hours with me on multiple evenings, they also helped me in getting into my broken phone and recover all my photos of my children that I thought I may have lost. They got me started with a brand new phone, made sure I got the best trade in value possible and made sure I had a new case and screen protector so that this wouldn't happen again. I highly HIGHLY recommend making them your go to store for all that you need help with!

Amidst a divorce, Tina and Cait went well above and beyond to help ne set up a new account, new device. Both were very pleasant and respectful and took their time to assist as best as possible. Definitely would recommend the store and both reps :)
