Ralphs

Today I received “exemplary” service at that self check out from a very kind, patient and helpful young lady by the name of “Connie”. I was having difficulties with my card and she came to my rescue and not only assisted me with that but explained a lot to me I didn’t understand before. She’s truly an angel😇. Because of this I will go out of my way to shop here again. Thanks again Connie and have a beautiful everything!

Great place to shop. Very large and convenient. Extensive selection in every category.
Bakery department and deli have a lot of different items to choose from. They have a whole aisle of sodas. And the aisles are really long !
Prices are same as any Ralph's.
This store is very clean and well stocked with a great variety of items. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very big grocery store. You can buy a variety of foods, ingredients, daily necessities, and medicine. If you get a Ralphs membership card at checkout, you can get a discount with the yellow tag on the day.

Great produce and products! Clean store with some awesome clearance produce bags (just recently got 15 pomegranates for $3 from their clearance shelf!) Have great coupons to clip on the Ralph's app. The parking lot can be a bit crazy and there are a few dangerous drivers who sometimes fly through it

If I'm being total honest, what grocery store isn't busy late at night. Especially if the store closes at 12am or 1am. My best suggestion is if your in a hurry or have last minute shopping don't go late at night. Best idea would be going early morning or when the first open. Overall the store has a great setup, some employee's have there moments. Best front end Manager is Jessica, she friendly and always providing excellent customer service. Prices can be a bit higher than usual however inflation has impact all grocery stores.

This review is limited to the sushi they make at the deli. While waiting for my deli meat, I noticed several people had come to this grocery store just for the sushi. It was being made on the spot by someone who looked like they knew their stuff. So I went for it. I have never had grocery store sushi and this was as good if not better than many restaurants. 10/10 would recommend. And while I did say I would limit this review to sushi, I also have to shout out the deli meat lady who shredded 1.5lbs of pepper turkey - which I know takes a while. She was super nice about it and it was a good shred. 10/10 also recommend the greater deli section.

Annoying that they close self checkout so early 8:30 on a Friday night. I’ve been shopping at this Ralph’s for almost 8 years and nothing but positive things to say about the store and employees but for some reason they think it’s a good idea to close all 6 self checkout lanes at 8:30. Then only have 2 regular lanes for checkout. This is a big store and my 5 minute shopping trip turns into almost an hour. It’s makes no sense to do this.

I would like to say this issue has possibly been addressed and changed. My last 4 late night trips (10pm) after the gym the self checkout lines have been open. I hope this change stays and it’s so nice to run in and grab OJ bagels butter and sushi and be out in 5 minutes. Thank you!! Ralph’s I hope this remains.

New to town and finally found my new go-to grocer! Best selection of produce, proteins, shelf items, home and health :)

The manager is wonderful and fun and welcoming. Always ready to help.

Sometimes you have an excellent experience with a store and you just have to stop and review! I recently had an excellent exchange with Holly in getting curbside pickup service, will probably shop in Ralph's more in the future with this in combination with seeing how well kept the store's interior seems to be!

Updating a bad review. It's a Ralph's! There is good selection and the store is well laid out and typically quite clean, always well stocked. My previous review was low since I was disappointed in the store for being understaffed but I have not had that issue again

Believe it or not I have found that Ralphs has a wonderful Pharmacy. And the staff there is very good and helpful. I do much of my grocery shopping at Ralphs. They run some very good specials. I plan what I'm going to have for dinner by what they have on sale. Which is my way of saving money.

Staff was very helpful, as I couldn't find canned tuna fish, and thankfully a staff member came up to me and asked if I needed help‼👍☺ So I am very grateful for how helpful they've been.

Likewise, they provide better prices overall comparatively stating to other chain supermarkets as well.

This is the only place I will do like a serious grocery shopping trip for the week. So many people I talk to are like "vons is cheapest' and I just thing... Hm, you keep thinking that. I keep getting personalized coupons delivered that are sometimes for free items for things I actually buy, and the clearance cart in the back is the best grocery clearance cart in San Diego.

Boars Head selection is the best in town. And, they have Vermont Cheddar which is lactose free. They also give you samples. We've been coming to this deli for eight years. Customer service is on point, however, it can get busy and you might have to wait sometimes. We miss the guy with the sleeve tattoos. He worked fast.

Found everything I needed! Staff was super helpful too! Only complaint I have is about the old man who crashed into the back of my ankle hard and then almost ran my foot over! But that wasn't Ralph's fault, just a wreck less senior citizen not giving a fudge!

This is my favorite Ralph's store - I always receive such great customer service from Manager Kevin, from Richard and Celso H. in the Deli Department and their cashiers - Armando, Dean G., Eynonnie, Araceli and Kristy. They are always so helpful and friendly. The are the BEST!!!
