The UPS Store

I've been going here for years and these folks have always have been kind and professional. Never had a problem returning Amazon packages or using other services.

I’ve never had a bad experience here before. I usually have a lot of Amazon returns I bring in and everyone is so nice and they get through them very quickly. Other UPS stores will huff and puff with Amazon returns, but the employees here are always friendly.

Was helped today by T Chavez, who was very professional and courteous. He not only helped printing something off my phone but also notarized it for me. Would definitely go back to this location for help. Thanks again Mr Chavez.

Today this lady named Jessica really helped me out with my order .She was very professional not like the other ups that I go to . I appreciate her kind nice if when she seen I was getting frustrated she still kept a smile on her face and helped me out I really appreciate your work young lady I had stop and give you a review for anyone that goes here ask for Jessica she will have you on track .

There's a guy that works here I forget his name, he's super helpful , kind and always makes you feel welcomed in the store. Came in last week & this guy is able to multitask! Thank you for helping me out

They were very helpful in answering my older mother's questions in Spanish and helped us out with shipping boxes because we're moving. They even provided a doly. Was honestly blown away with how friendly and helpful they were.

The staff is so helpful and its so coveinint because they can print stuff from e-mail, mail stuff like the post office, and everyone is evenly experienced. These guys deserve more GRATEFUL costumers.
