Scrub Depot

My experience here was amazing. Alex helped me get my scrubs in just the right size and fit, she was great, super friendly and funny. She explained how the reward system works and got me all signed up. Great place to shop. Also her service in Spanish was fantastic.

Very rarely do I write reviews for places, let alone for a scrub store. However, the customer service and experience I had at Scrub Depot in Munster was outstanding. Jackie was pleasant and very helpful over the phone with offering what sizes and brands she had in stock for men. Once there, she was again very helpful in choosing the sizes I needed and allowing me the opportunity to try on multiple brands and styles. This is the only scrub store that I have been to that has JAANU scrubs, which are so nice. Other brands include Infinity, Dickies, Cherokee, and Roth Wear. The best part of the whole purchasing experience was the same day embroidery, as shown in the picture. Jackie did it within 10 minutes. I don't know of any other place besides here that offers same day embroidery. From what I've experienced, the minimum is 3-5 days. Also, this may be the only scrub store in NWI that offers embroidery for Chicago hospitals. Others that I have contacted do not offer it. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough!

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Alex, definitely a charismatic and helpful employee. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to answer all my questions. She did it with such enthusiasm and genuine care. It's clear that she loves what she does and it definitely shines through in her interactions. Alex made my shopping experience so easy and I can't thank her enough for the exceptional service! I was provided the best customer service from Alex the manager to purchase the items that I was in need of. I highly recommended Scrub Depot to several people already and hope that this store continues to thrive towards the sell and purchase of the different brands and items that this store has according to stock.

I'm going to this location several times and I've always had a great experience. This time I had to pleasure working with Nicole, she was very bright, very bubbly and very good at picking item she thought would work well for me I really enjoyed the exchange and she was an example to be emulated for what customer service should be.

Love shopping here for scrubs. Staff is always nice and super helpful. Store is always fully stocked, and neat. And the dressing rooms are ALWAYS clean!

Jenni was extremely helpful and got us in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable with her suggestions.

Alex presented my visit at Scrub Depot an enjoyable experience at the store. She made sure to explain the type of scrubs they had to offer. Since I am Rush nursing student explain all the amenities with it! Easy going with great conversation since I am new to the area she made it a very homey environment!

Amazing customer service! My first time shopping for scrubs and Nicole was extremely patience and considerate by giving me several options and advice for the best fit! She picked one of the best fitting scrubs and I can’t wait to wear to work. Overall, I recommend shopping here!!

Not only did I find some nice quality scrubs in store but she also embroidered all of my scrubs. Even the couple shirts I already owned! Either same day or next day! Truly beyond satisfied with the service I received! I will be back!

The is the place to xome for scrubs of any size, including plus size. Thank you to Nicole for all her help it really was a blessing to me.

The ladies here are soooooo nice and helpful!!! Prices are more reasonable than other scrub places. And the best part is they have a rewards program which is unheard of for purchasing scrubs!!
